Just found my go to stylist! Karen is wonderful! It's very hard to get a good cut that works with the shape of my curls. I went in with an idea and she cut it perfectly! Super happy

Showed up and since the receptionist was on the phone I was skipped in line by an online check in who came in later. I attempted online check in before I came and it said it was unavailable. Will not be coming here again.

Make sure your hairstylist is listening to you, I had the worst haircut experience that I've ever had and I'm 65. so that's a lot of years of haircut experience.I went in for a trim, explaining to cut my bangs and the .bottom of my hair I ended up with some kind of shag razor cut thing it's horrible I haven't stopped crying in 2 days.My second tip would be to look in the mirror as your getting your cut. She turned my back to the mirror as she's cutting, so I had no idea that she was cutting my hair in layers, and it i just so bad. I can't do a thing with it but wait for it to grow out. Maybe the bottom line is, you get what you pay for, and this wasn't worth it.

Highly recommend Vanessa!!! I take my son to her bi-weekly and get his hair cut. Never had a problem, and she somehow knows what I want done even when I don't know how to explain it! I also go to her every few months to get a trim. With hair down to my waist it's hard to trust someone not to cut it wrong and lose all that hard work! It's always even and just how I like it!! She's the only person I trust to cut either of our hair. The online check in makes it so easy and fast to get it done. Couldn't recommend her or great clips enough.

I have went here for years but usually used the same stylist. She moved to different days and ever since my haircuts are constantly messed up - especially by the manager there. There’s little pride in the work and it’s always done so poorly. I have the most generic men’s haircut, but it’s either too short, blended terribly, missed spots, or uneven. Honestly, I wonder if there's adaquate education for the stylists. I’m assuming most are doing their best, but I cannot pay for consistent bad haircuts. There just seems to be a lack of standards and/or education of how to cut properly. Unfortunately, I appreciate inexpensive and speed, but it’s worth paying more now. The standards have simply become too low and the haircuts quality is like playing roulette. It’s important for others to know that it’s risky to go here these days.

The stylist took maybe three minutes to cut my daughter’s hair. She didn’t brush it, part it, or wet it at all just cut it dry. I’ve never seen so little effort done for a haircut. We won’t be back.

I've been to this location several times over the last several years and always just get a trim. It's usually someone different every time since I go so little and I've never had a problem. Every time, I'm asked where I part my hair so they can cut accordingly. This time, I went in with my hair parted just where I wanted it and the moment I sat down, Vanessa put the cape over me and left barely a finger of space when she closed it so it felt like I was being choked, she didn't even put the paper thing in there. Then she asked me how much I wanted off. I said whatever is necessary to leave it healthy with no split ends. She turns me around and has me hold up a mirror and asks me how much. I waited a second for her to show me where the split ends start, assuming she's just asking if "this much" is okay. She doesn't, so I tell her well I can't exactly see where the split ends begin, so I have no idea. She seemed annoyed by this point and then showed me where they begin and I said that's fine. Then she combs straight through my part, which I painstakingly spent a good few minutes getting right for this haircut before I came in since my hair was up in a pony before I got there, and parted my hair straight down the middle, which I DO NOT like on myself. I asked her, didn't she need my hair parted where I actually part it to cut it right? And she said that she thought she'd do a face frame on me. At no point did I ask for this kind of haircut. She had previously asked me already about layers, etc. I stated very clearly, no, just a trim. So it really irritated me when she had just taken it upon herself to choose a haircut style for me like that and just assumed it was fine without a word to me about it. I have curly hair (when it's freshly washed), so a face frame would've been pointless and just taken length off parts of my hair that I had been working on growing out for years. I'm glad I said something because I considered not at first because of how anxious I am with people and if I didn't, she probably would've completely messed up my hair. When I compared my hair length after I got home, I saw that there was about an inch of difference between the sides no matter where I compare it and she did not get all of the split ends, so I'm probably just going to end up fixing it myself at home. She made it look more even when she compared it in the shop, but even just looking at it sitting over my shoulders, my grandmother could even tell that there was about an inch of difference. It was a waste of $20 to be made to feel stupid about something so simple. I doubt that I'll come back here again. If your employees can't even do a simple trim evenly, then they shouldn't work there.
