About Hallwood Plaza

Hallwood Plaza is a shopping mall in a rougher part of Flint. The location is great with public transportation stops. It has few stores left in operation, but includes Rainbow, Citi Trends, other clothing boutiques, a barber shop, a hair store, Davita Dialysis, and a rental hall. The Rainbow store has very nice, cute, and affordable merchandise. While the mall itself looks decent, the area requires caution. All in all, it is an ok plaza for shopping.

    Multiple things here, So I will just say that if you go to this Plaza I would expect you to be successful in your adventure.

    I just wish stores would come back there, I remember when JC Penny was in this shopping mall. I still go there because I love rainbow and I always find something cute.
