Service was great, they weren’t rude still my favorite nail salon, definitely recommend, they also listen when you ask for something to be fixed and they don’t get impatient or irritated 😁

1st and Last Time going here Nails was on 2 days and started popping off like Press on nails..I go get two fix the next two days three pops off again so know its just bee 5 days ...I'ma pass on this shop nice Lady but the rest no.. they can't do nails ? that 66 dollers wasted!

I was charged extra to shorten nails. Isn’t that part of the process when you get a fill? I am 70 and don’t wear super long nails. In the approximately 30 years I have been wearing acrylic this has NEVER happened before. I think it was a way of padding the cost.

The first time was excellent, the technician had done such a wonderful job, I decided to pay this establishment another visit for a fill in. I arrived just before 9:20am as the third customer waiting for service, the shop is already busy, but moving along. I figured I didn't have that much of a wait. But then other customers are coming in and are being serviced before me. I am being skipped over based on my one need over the service needs of the most recent customers. I don't understand, you should be served based on your order of arrival, not by how much more money you charge for multiple services. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I left. It is unlikely I will give this place another try. Looks like I will have to find another nail salon home.
