Spent 1700.00 on new washer & dryer. Dryer worked 24 hrs. Now I have to wait a week for another one. No one at that store scares. They could at least give me money for the laundry mate?? I will never shop there again!! Was looking at buying a refrigerator but not from them.

So many things wrong with this place we bought a dishwasher and paid to have it installed because i was going to be on a business trip well my mom was here the first people said they couldn't installed it because the valve wouldn't shut off which I knew thir was nothing wrong with the valve because I was a plumber so they wanted to leave the dishwasher which my mom told them to take it back good Thang she did we found out if they drop it off they get paid and after two days we can't have anything done well when I get home my mom tells me the story and then she tells me a plumber is coming out for free well he said the same thing the valve was fine so they sent another guy out and he installed it but it didn't work so they ordered another dishwasher and two different guys come out to pull the bad one out and put in the new one well the guy started talking loud so I came in and he said the guy before him broke the cabinet and he wouldn't touch it so they took the new one back when I was gone on business again the guy that installed the first one said the guys before them didn't put down the levelers and broke the counter so he took the broke one out and put the new one in but no one fixed the counter so I decided to fix it myself I needed two things so who do I go to home depot I got what I need and went to the checkouts and this a large line so it takes 15 minutes to get to the checkout and all the self checkouts are down the person calls for people to come to the checkouts to help 29 minutes later I say forget it and leave
So I look through my drawers at home and find an l bracket and small screws and fix the cabinet a week later I go back to home depot to buy a weed Wacker and they have everything blocked off the problem with this home depot is they are constantly blocking off sections for things they can do at night I'm done with home depot for ever

I have been shopping at the Mt pleasant since it opened. In June of 2024, I purchased carpet/install for our home. They called and set up the installation in July after getting the carpet in their warehouse. We rented a truck and emptied the house of furniture, except a king mattress. At 9:30am the morning of, they call and John from AIS (home depots installers) tells me they ordered the wrong size carpet and would have to re-order. Two weeks later, they installed the carpet. Arrived at 10:30am. Finished at 7:30pm. There are 2 seams in the main living area where the salesman told me there would be 1. The installers tell me if they had 15' rolls instead of 12' they could have done that. The carpet that came in originally was 15'. They came back 2 weeks later to repair the seams that look terrible and are bunching up. Dumped some hot glue in one spot dragged a raked across them for an hour or so and said it was bunching up for no reason. Then they left. For the next 3 weeks, I called, talked to the manager at the store and was told each time they would get in touch with me. None of them bothered to call back. Finally Friday they call and tell me the 15' carpet is ordered and will call when it's in. I have 4 days of rental truck fees and will have 2 more. Besides the inconvenience of the past 2 + months. I will post a reply after it's all settled up

Was very unhappy with service. Could not get anyone to load a push mower onto a cart. 2 worker just stood over to the side talking I asked for them to help but they said they were at lunch. So I a 69 year old lady pulled and pushed to get it on my cart. As I was leaving stopped at from deck told the lady of my problem she just move along you got your mower.A older guy that works there hear her and was not happy. He loaned it for me and said he was sorry about the way she spoke to me. And that he was done working there as of that moment because they are so rude.

If it absolutely has to be messed up this is the place that can do it, we ordered deck lumber from Lapeer Mi Home Depot and this store filled the order with the wrong deck boards and to make it real interesting instead of bringing the correct materials they refund the right lumber that we ordered just to have us reorder the same lumber that we ordered to begin with instead of just correcting their mistake, now our 12 month promotional deal went bye bye because Home Depot doesn't make them hire competent help and even the corporate office said they should have just replaced the wrong wood with the right wood.

I hate the self serve...always a problem would not take a five dollar bill for payment...need to give workers more than 16 hours a week...maybe try cashiers at the checkout I am sure they would take a five dollar bill for payment..
