If anyone is thinking of allowing Home Depot to build a store near you my advice is no. We allowed them to build a store and access our private road. In return they signed a contract stating they would maintain the road. Keep it clear of ice and snow, also fix when weather deteriorates it. To date, every year when winter comes their lot is clear but we are not. Every year we call the township code enforcement because calls to Home Depot management falls on deaf ears. There are 7 families back on this road with seniors with health issues, me included. Should any of us have an issue getting out of our road due to their neglect you better believe we will hire a lawyer. Rating for this company would be a huge negative number. Never get involved with them. Had to give 1 star to post but did not want to.

We’ve been waiting on someone to come install a hot water heater for almost a week. We were told we would have a phone call by 9 am the following morning, despite the time frame being 24-48 hours. It’s now been 5 days.

I'd give this zero or negative number stars if I could. I thought that working with Home Depot would actually make my outdoor space what I dreamed of but I was wrong...it's turning into a nightmare. After meeting with their fence salesman and paying THOUSANDS of dollars (five digits before the decimal point that had to be paid up front) for a 4 to 6 week job. We finally had the work scheduled for today...TEN weeks after signing and 6 to 4 weeks late!!! They arrive today with the wrong color fence! The handwritten paperwork from the salesman shows the color I ordered, the mistake on the contract shows another color that I never asked about. In our conversation today the salesman said that they've been out of the color I ordered since March but he sold me the material I wanted in April...I'm regretting my decision to go with Home Depot instead of the other contractor I talked with. It might have cost me a little more but I'd have the fence I ordered already without this aggravation. I'm waiting for a response from the REPUTABLE contractor to see what they can do as Home Depot is trying to figure out how much they'll charge me to cancel the wrong order.

Pulled into curbside pick up and signed in as required and waited 20 minutes and no one came out. Went into the store and found out they weren’t doing curbside today.? The cashier was anything but professional or courteous. She repeatedly answered the phone while waiting on me. Bear in mind this product was already paid for. It was already at the counter. The store is great but the employees could care less. Don't use in store pickup or curbside pickup with this store, they'll grab the worst box they have. Even if it's obviously been opened, misshaped and has a completely different item inside. When you take it back inside and show them they act like it's normal. The only upside is after you know this you just tear the box open right in the store to verify it has what it says, they don't care about that either.

Rented a moving truck this week and everything was fantastic. The guys hustled to get us the keys and made everything very easy. Very affordable! More people should consider renting moving trucks from Home Depot!

I wasn't sure what items to purchase and I asked for assistance from Earl. Earl was not friendly, made me feel like a nuisance and I was wasting his time. I'm already uncomfortable going to Home Depot cause it's overwhelming. Either he is miserable or he hates helping women.

My grandparents have had the hardest time working with this location. They ordered a custom door and the first time the door had dents and scratches upon delivery and the employees made my grandparents jump through hoops to have the door picked up and replaced. The “replacement” door arrived yesterday 3 months after the original order was placed. When the box was opened it is the WRONG door. My grandpa came into the store yesterday just to be told there isn’t anything that can be done to get the right door. Mind you they were charged over $200 more than the door they ordered. Home Depot is unhelpful and rude when it comes to their mistakes. I will be doing all my shopping at Lowe’s from here on out.
