They say they accept lithium ion batteries for recycling but when you show up they will tell you only for tool batteries. It's fine but they try to make themselves look good online, but in reality not so much. I don't know if all Home Depot are like this, but if they are willing waste my and your time on something like this then what else? The store is fine itself tho. Just irritating, I get it but come on.

Absolutely the worst Home Depot experience I have ever had. I have gone to probably over 100 Home Depot is across the country and have never experienced such an ignorant, purposefully unhelpful staff.

Kelly did a fantastic job today assisting us in the lighting department picking out a couple of affordable and modern fixtures. She was very friendly and helpful and we certainly appreciated her willingness to provide us with outstanding service. Management please make sure that you appreciate this lady, she is a keeper!! I ordered a dishwasher online from home depot. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday and installed. When the dishwasher was being delivered the maintenance people disconnected by garbage disposal. They left my garbage disposal sitting in the cabinet, I tried to call Home Depot, and I was on hold for 30 minutes and I was disconnected. I went to text next and received a text 2 hours later, the text said someone would text me in 170 minutes. I never received a text. I paid almost $200 to have my dishwasher installed and 24 hours to decide if I want to keep it, I don't even know if it works or not, I can't use it!!!!!!!!!! I tried calling the company that installed the dishwasher this morning, when I called the woman that answered the phone told me that the repairmen just pulled on the drainage hose and my garbage disposal just fell down. I told her no way a garbage disposal just fell. About a half hour later I received a call from the repairman. He stated the garbage disposal just came off in his hands (story number two). I was trying to find out what happened. This person started threatening me with his lawyer and was nasty. I told him I'm trying to find out what happened and I do not appreciate being threatened. I was informed if one hair off his head fell off in my house his lawyers would take care of. And he has everything taped. He was trying to bully me after he damaged my garbage disposal. All of this from what is supposed to be a reputable company. I hope Home Depot realizes what kind of people they are associating with and can take care of their customers properly. I have a new dishwasher I can't use and now I have to find someone to repair my garbage disposal. I will never purchase anything from Home Depot again. I don't know where to go next since no one answers the phone. Horrible customer service and scary contractors doing service calls.

I had a sump pump go bad that was still under warranty and they would not honor the warrantee due to manufacturer updated the attached float switch and changed the up number. It happened on a weekend when the manufacturer customer service was closed. offered me $50 off on a new one. List price $200. This happened at the Hill Rd store. Manager was not very customer focused. Gary Marsh.

They do not honor returns on extra materials for store credit anymore. Better save every receipt for every job you do or they will rob you blind.

Terrible customer service!! Poor follow through on a installation promise, which ripple effected their contractor. I wouldn't recommend this location for anything other then buying a hammer, because you won't get the customer service deserved.

I purchased a refrigerator on January 15, 2021. My delivery date has been pushed back 4 times. Now my date is April 3,2021. No one from the store has called, explained, nor apologized. The refrigerator was $2300. When I called all they can say is there is a delay due to COVID. How long are they going to use this excuse? It is bad customer service to notify me of each delay via phone or email. I am in the process of looking for another refrigerator because I know that they will delay it again. I will never order appliances from Home Depot again and I have told my awful experience to everyone I know.

One of the worst experiences ive had with home depot. Ordered a shower kit and door for it, the shower kit came in damaged and they emailed me and told me the problem and they reordered, ok not a problem. Few days later my door comes in so i pick that up and go home. Opening the packages i find out they gave me the damaged back shower walls, so i drive up there and talk to the kid behind the counter and tell him whats happened and wanted to make sure they ordered a whole new kit because i didnt want to come back and them just give me the shower base. Well take a wild guess what happened. They come out with just the shower base and they are like we already gave you the walls. Of course the kid that i talked to the week before didnt remember me so that was of no help. So they say bring the walls back and we will reorder, ok im mad but i take the shower base and go home and drop it off, grab the walls and head back to the store. So then i get back and the kid goes well you need to return everything so we can order a new kit! Unbelievable! They can order a new base but not the walls separately. So i had to take the walls back home and all this time i brought everything back and returned it and got my 1200 dollars back and i ordered a new one from lowes, and for a better price too. Whoever does your receiving and does your damage control and your reordering, they really suck at their job and cost you a sale and a customer.
