I entered the office and I requested the person by name that was assisting me with my taxes. I also mentioned that she had already started the paperwork the day before and I needed to return some documents so my taxes would be completed. The lady at the front desk took it upon herself to go into my personal information and do another folder for my taxes and constantly contacted me about my taxes and missing documents without the prior person permission I had the documents for the prior person that was assisting me to complete my folder To me that was very unprofessional to try and take someone else clients because the person is off work and the person was aware of me leaving the documents for her so I decided to go elsewhere because I didn't like the fact that someone that I never met with for anything or spoke with calling me and leaving multiple messages about my taxes requesting my personal information without permission. SMH please be careful with this office because your information is not safe!!!

I have had H&R Block as my Tax Professionals for over 10 years; I have never had a problem and have always been treated with respect and kind and have never had an issue w/ any of my returns. H&R Block is Highly Recommended from me as well as Tax Preparer Mrs. Joyce Gracey
