If I could give zero stars I would. I simply wanted to make a payment for my wife while she was out of town and I stopped into the office with a cashier's check. I am told by the staff I need to call it in or do it online. We couldn't do it online so we called the number and all they could say is the only way to pay via phone is escalating to management and it would take 2 days. I then asked about mailing a payment and they said it would take 10 days but by this time me and my wife were both frustrated. I mailed the check out this morning. Many of my family have gone here but this mess of a situation has turned me off from ever coming here personally. My family's business will be going elsewhere going forward.

I went in to have an amendment filed after another tax company messed up my return. The guy that I was scheduled with hardly took a moment to try to help me make sure the info was correct. It was a waste of time and gas money to even come over here. I'll do it myself, and at least it will be done right. (I guess I should have done it myself to begin with, that's on me... I won't make that mistake again.)

They will refuse to file your taxes when they have all the info they need to file them they are very unprofessional and will mess up your taxes to make it where you owe your City money and they will charge you for the unprofessional services even if it's their fault never will I recommend anyone to these people

Horrible horrible customer service, don’t ever buy the peace of mind as well. During my audit they don’t help with anything.
