Amanda, the lady with the purple hair made my experience at Huntington bank on Linden rd, Flint Michigan very unpleasant. I asked to speak to the teller I was previously speaking to and luckily she was walking out as I asked and coincidentally Amanda’s phone started ringing so, I went to the next teller and she (Amanda) proceeded to rudely interrupt everything I said as if I was speaking to her or that she was upset I asked for another teller. If I had time I would’ve went to another Huntington, due to her making me feel uncomfortable.

The worst bank I've ever dealt with I set up an account with them specifically to never overdraft I've been with them for years and I've never borrowed a penny only put money into my account and then use it as I need it last year I started banking with another company and barely ever used Huntington all the sudden today I go into Huntington to get a cashier's check and they say my account has been closed since June and I owe them $40 it has been overdrafted because of hidden fees from ATMs and such the lady said that is considered an overdraft but it does not count as an overdraft even though the account is overdrafted $40 they closed the account and I can never reopen it again even after paying the money they said they would never reopen an account that has overdrafted and closed out I've never received any information about my account being closed out for overdrafted other than just now going into the bank and checking my credit score and seeing that I have been in collections for a few months now I would never recommend going to this branch or this Bank in general I open this account specifically to make sure that it was never overdrafted I've been with him for a couple years they were just waiting for their moment to strike I hardly keep any money in there as soon as it comes in I spend it so they had no use for me sent me to collections so they could try to milk me dry

This review is for BANKER JAQUEZ BROWN. The outdated ATM ate my deposit and didn't give a receipt. Mr. Brown was able find and fix this in a timely manner. That's not why 5*s tho. This young man did what he said he was going to do. He personally CALL ME once it was fixed. In a time when you can't get somebody on the phone when you need help. This young man is going to go far in life because he is compassionate and a man of his word. He is a huge asset for Huntington and I hope he is recognized for his hard work. Thank you Mr. Brown for going above and beyond for me.

This branch is excellent. I had a very complicated transaction, the Banker:ROBERT was extremely helpful and courteous, he spent almost 1/2 an hour to complete my transaction. Very satisfied!

Terrible.... It's never busy and still hard to find someone to help you at the desk or on the phone. Absolute joke of a bank.

Very long wait in the business lane to make a deposit (less than $1,000) and get change (about $50.) I waited a total of 47 minutes and there were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up. It would be beneficial to hire more people or train your current staff better.

I've had nothing but great experience here unlike the Pierson Rd branch .and the lady Ashley that helped me with my account is the only reason I am still banking with Huntington! This branch is amazing

I usually go to the branch on Bristol rd. I went to the branch on linden rd last week. I liked it there. The staff were very friendly. People there waiting in line were nice also. Very clean. Plenty of parking.
