Had an issue with the system that didn't let me into the gated area, then the code for my unit lock didn't work after I had called and didn't get a response till 2 hours later messing up my entire schedule and making me be late with my uhaul. I have not received any sort of compensation for my inconvenience at time of review and will update accordingly. At this point I'm thinking of getting a different storage place. I know it wasn't the workers fault that the system messed up, I know these things happen but when I call, get answered then have to wait 2 hours after that for a response to be able to access my unit you'd think they'd help. I will adjust review accordingly. Though unit was clean and the place is easy to access once you get in.

Wonderful safe great place great owner great communication there's any issues you just call and it's done corrected great location close to the freeway in Flint and really low rates compared to the competition you get more for your money
