We as a family orientated couple feel that this house not only would be a great new beginning but also be great family environment due to the fact of all the space and lay out of the home plus we all love the old style look the home has we have also been living in this area for over 7 years we currently live just down the street from this home but our current landlord is a good person but has not kept up on much needed repairs would love this home due to the perfectness of how it would fit my family. Another bonus to us renting this home is I would not have to move my kids school they go to the ecc and flushing high school.we loved the home at first sight your home rental agent Mr Scott Miller was very awesome at his job and showing us the house in it’s full beauty. And we as a family would love a opportunity to also help maintain this beauty of this old style home thank u very much for the time and consideration your hopefully new tenants the Macias and Hawley family

So 1st off do not waste your time going to see any properties until you are pre approved. I went and seen 3 properties and the one I wanted someone got. So basically whatever house you apply for you may or may not get because 20 other ppl have applied aswell. And whomever paper work gets back the fastest wins. Also they don’t contact you to let you know what paper work they are waiting on. You have to call over and over again. Took 2weeks for them just to tell me I was denied. And I was denied because my old apartment from 3years ago I fell into the wall causing a huge hole carrying heavy stuff to move in. I paid for it to get fixed and all. They denied me because of that. It was 3years ago and I owed the apartment no money but the damage was on record. Innovate denied me because of that. Everything else was perfect! Anyway good luck everyone. They are heartless in this property rental game. Also they don’t contact ppl by phone email or fax only. Make sure everyone’s emails are correct from rental references to personal references to human resource to yourself.

Their properties are absolutely beautiful !! Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable about the homes and an over all great guy. I spoke with Kelsey a few different times and she is also very friendly and accommodating to my fiancé and I’s situation. Overall, out of all management companies that I have spoken too in the last few months, I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family as they are very friendly, professional and take the time to actually have a conversation with you.

This a nice place but have children and don't them to close to a busy street looking for something off the main street if it's possible .Scot was good people person help out a lot thanks him for everything looking forward to see him again

Is there zero stars?? Should be.. How can they have rental properties and not have any control what so ever with the people in them. They have one on my street that are the most ghetto people who's yard looks like a junk yard with car parts and broken down cars lined up on the street. She does hair out of the house,pretty sure its illegal and a pitbull that gets out often.. They've been contacted more times by several people on this street and yet they have done nothing but collect the money from them. Time to go see the mayor he'll take care of this problem for our street

THE RENTERS AT THE HOME NEXT TO MY OWN HOME ARE THE WORST - NOT SURE WHAT THE REQUIREMENTS ARE FOR AN APPLICANT, BUT OBVIOUSLY ANY ONE IS ABLE TO RENT UNDER THIS RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. TENANTS ARE PLAYING THE LOUDEST MUSIC AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY, THEY ARE VULGAR, RUN A HAIR SALON OUT OF THEIR HOME WHICH KEEPS THE TRAFFIC VOLUME HIGH - WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF DRUG ACTIVITY WAS GOING ON. IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY PURCHASED THE PROPERTY NEXT TO ME.

They are great! I had just moved into my place in October and once winter hit at around 11pm my heat just stopped working, I called the number expecting not to get a response because of the late hour but someone answered immediately and let me know maybe the batteries were dead in the thermostat which I did not have new batteries to replace but also gave me a tip on how to take it off and put it back on and it ended up working again but they still sent over someone with two space heaters and new batteries for the thermostat just incase!

Well the office staff never gets back with you when you put your application in or to tell you if or why your disqualified for the rental place. Most places are nice but some are over priced for the area or the age of home
