I bought a reconditioned battery from them it was the wrong one at first they exchanged it with no problem couple weeks later I was having problems with the new one and they exchanged it again with no problem under warranty. They even loaned me the tools to take the battery out and put it back in! My girlfriend said the bathroom was super clean and smells wonderful LOL đ

Bought a battery less then a year ago , bought a two year replace free , they won't take back their own battery .. how sad they sell us these high end batteries then won't honor the 2 year free replacement. I'll go somewhere else

wouldnât go anywhere else for a battery! helped me install my battery out of kindness. always helped me with everything I needed no questions asked, and always a good experience. I paid for a refurbished battery and I got a nearly brand new battery for $60. canât beat it
