What can be said that my wife hasn't already said. Not only have I got the wrong screen on my phone but in the process of this man putting a "new screen" on my phone he also broke my wifi chip and Bluetooth chip so now I cannot connect to none of my things I own which in 2024 I shouldn't have to explain isnt the best thing since everything is Bluetooth now a days, needles to say I would not recommend taking your electronics here

I paid $309 for them to replace my boyfriends phone screen, they replaced it very fast and we were so happy at first until he got out to our car and his fingerprint scanner doesn't work and it says to contact Google to have it repaired. I went in to talk to someone and he went to his computer, looked at his screen for 5 minutes and then told me he could fix it for an extra fee. I told him that he either needed to fix it or to refund it to me. He said he would refund it but he would need to take a fee out of it. I agreed to it but then he told me that he was going to put the old broken screen back on. I told him nevermind and left. My boyfriend came back in the store and was a little rude because he was extremely upset.
I have since figured out that he did not put the proper screen on and it's just a display with no finger print sensor. I will be emailing the BBB to let them know that this is an unreliable business because they compromised the security of his phone.
Update: I have since found out that the wrong screen was put on there and because of that the warranty was voided. We're going to have to pay around the same amount to have it redone

I would recommend going there they know how to fix phones good Even if it has water damage or the screen is cracked with an affordable price they gotchu.

Any samsung user with a broken screen know your gonna lose your edge display. If that's not enough, he obviously didn't re glue my speaker/phone sounds horrible over 45% volume, I shoulda just went to UbreakIfix being they're what your carrier is gonna send ya to. For the same price.

The service is terrible, firstly, The back cover is glued incorrectly, second: the screen is also glued incorrectly and therefore there are gaps that are visible I asked 2 times to glue the back cover properly, but in the end the result did not change, so I also paid 150 bucks for this, this is not professional

Incredible service ngl. Highly recommend. My iPad battery and screen was lowkey effed up but these guy were able to fix it right up super fast and price didn’t put a huge dent in my wallet frfr. 10/10

My son had a problem with the power button on his phone not working. The man didn't have to replace any parts so he fixed it in a couple of minutes and didn't charge us anything.

My iPhone 13 pro max screen just stopped working out of nowhere. Took my phone here and i kid you not a few hours later it was working perfectly!! The guy even changed the protective screen for me. And it was affordable asl. Literally saved me hundreds of dollars

I own a samsung galaxy s22 ultra pro and I had my screen repaired got my phone back and I lost my edge, the camera is all distorted, the phone has been overheating the fingerprint unlock works once in a while. I took It back too him to repair and he couldn't. Told me to come back on Tuesday and he would order a new camera and install free of charge. Went back Tuesday and he was shocked I came back he said he hadn't ordered the part. He took my number and said he'd call me on Thursday when the part came in. A week later and still no phone call. I should've went down the road to the samsung dealer ?
