I had THE WORST experiences here! I am highly surprised to see people have enjoyed their experiences there. I went into beauty the other day, and I was quite literally being talked about between two employees. I didn’t see one of the women’s names, but one was for sure names Christina. She was harsh, she barely talked OR helped me when I ask questions, and she even went as far to roll her eyes and complain to me. I only asked her two questions and she seemed to have a serious problem with that. Not only that, she made me feel incredibly unsafe! I can’t believe the JCPenney I’ve been going to for years would hire someone so rude and nasty. I will never come back… but I’m sure Christina would be happy about that!!

I took my daughter to JC Penney to get photos, and Stephanie was fantastic. She’s so good with kids and got tons of natural smiles out or my daughter. Highly recommend!

It looks aged in there. The clothing selection is underwhelming and overpriced. There are signs that say to look for more size options online and then you go online and many things are sold out or unavailable. This used to be one of my favorite stores and my last visit was such a depressing experience.

Dont expect help if you are buying a suit. Staff is scarce, pretty much help yourself until you pay.

Tom S. at JCP in Flint was exceptionally helpful. While shopping for a suit I didn't know how to select the correct fit. Tom came to the rescue! His experience shined as he helped select the right shoulder, waist and sleeve fitment. I'm very satisfied with the purchase!
