I spoke to Lorna, who first answered all of the questions I had, then had some great suggestions for the floral arrangement I wanted for this service. Called for a very last minute arrangement and the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and made the process very easy to order/deliver. We ended up picking up the arrangement but they were going to accommodate the short notice delivery. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement !
