Nestled in charm and warmth, our stay at Knob Hill was nothing short of delightful. From the cozy ambiance to the attentive host, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The comfortable rooms and homemade breakfast added a personal touch that made our stay memorable. We loved the whole experience and left rejuvenated, eager to return for another tranquil getaway.Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: The breakfast was worth the price alone. I haven't had breakfast that delicious in a long time.

Diana was the perfect host, the house was amazing. Breakfast and conversation made me feel like I was staying with a friend. I stayed both on my way to Niagara Falls and back and look forward to making that trip again. I told Diana I am slow in making my reviews but I would... Would definitely

We spent two nights in this lovely home located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Room was nicely appointed and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Diana is a wonderful hostess and a great cook. We stay in a lot of B&Bs and Knob Hill is one of the best!

We stayed here in mid September for a night away and I've already decided we need to find a reason to come back! Diane is an amazing host; upon arrival she walks you through to the room and explains the whole house layout. Excellent for groups we stayed along with my aunt and cousin. Our room was cozy and the themes robbers roost and Canterbury tales added to the character of the house. The little details in every inch of this place from the complimentary bottle of wine to the coffee and tea varieties available speak to the hospitality of our gracious host. So get your group together and book a night out; you won't be disappointed:)

Gorgeous BnB with a beautiful decor!! Especially loved the game room where I enjoyed an evening of Yahtzee with my nieces and nephews!! Amenities were abundant which is a huge plus! Only suggestion I would make would be to have more breakfast options (I love breakfast foods!!!!)

Found this place searching airbnb because we needed a place to host 9 people and 2 dogs. It was the only place in the area that could accommodate our large group with dogs, other than a hotel. Booked directly with Diana not airbnb. She was very pleasant and a tremendous host. We booked 5 of the 6 rooms and all were very nice! I absolutely loved this place! I highly recommend this place especially if you're visiting Frankenmuth since it's not far from there. Also, reasonably priced. Thanks again Diana!

Booked months ahead of time *directly* with the host over the phone, not via Airbnb or their website. I was told the entire BnB was open and could have my pick of rooms. Booked over half the BnB and even provided credit card info over the phone. Host unprofessionally cancelled our *wedding* party’s reservation less than 2 months before the event. Host cannot be trusted to handle your large group because there might be a “glitch” and she will cancel on you without a clear reason why. Sometimes I read bad reviews and think “this person is overreacting.” I promise you this is not an exaggeration of events.EDIT in response:I'm sorry Diana, but when you cancel a reservation there is going to be a bad review. I have seen the establishment listed on Airbnb in the past, but can see it is no longer listed so I'm sorry for insinuating it was also listed there. Ultimately, I do not trust a host that cancels a wedding reservation so close to the event. You also never responded to me after saying you would try to work something out, leaving me waiting on a text that would not come. I am not a vindictive person, I am merely sharing my experience with your business. Considering there were 7 individuals who had to find alternative accommodation for the wedding, I think only one 1-star review is more than fair. My partner posted his without speaking to me and it has been deleted.Anyone reading this who questions my integrity, please read my other google reviews. I am a local guide and regularly review establishments. You can use my track record to decide for yourself whether my review can be trusted. I will not hurl insults at the host, besides to say the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and very disappointing. I'm glad to see so many others have had good experiences, but that was not my experience. As I explained to Diana, we were not booking for a simple one-night stay. Wedding timelines, vendors, etc. had to be rearranged because of her mistake. To be frank, a large part of my wedding was ruined. I think a one-star review is warranted in this circumstance.

Former Councilman Allan Griggs, who is white, responded to the post, saying “Burns and Carter act ghetto!! I’ll bet she’s never had a real 40 hour/week job in her life. If she has, it didn’t last long.”Griggs, who is the co-owner of Knob Hill Bed and Breakfast in Flint and was ousted from his council position in November, couldn’t be reached for comment.
