At counter to pick up meds after surgery, had already given tech my birth date and the pharmacist comes from behind counter, physically pushes me aside and proceeds to do a transaction with an app on his phone. No excuse me, no explanation to why he needed to shove me over. Appears he was buying a large box of M & Ms. Totally rude, obviously no customer first policy at this pharmacy.

Very poor service . Staff is rude , hung up on me when my dog needed his meds and was deathly ill. Saying I can’t get his antibiotics until tomorrow and said to me that they weren’t going to argue with me and hung up when I said I really needed it today. Had another incident today when I called about my inhaler . They state that there is no other generics available for ventolin. She must be a new tech because I’ve worked in pharmacy for 13 years and I know for a fact there are different generic manufactures of ventolin . This girl who works in there works with these big huge sunglasses on inside she is insanely unprofessional doesn’t show any empathy for people . When I talked to the pharmacist about my issue he said oh we have problems with our phones sometimes after she hung up on me… taking no accountability for the actions of their staff. I had my whole families medications there but I’ll be switching to another pharmacy where I know I’ll be treated with respect . Being a health care provider myself I know how important it is to show compassion respect and empathy to your patients, not treating them like your an inconvience to them. If you are looking for a pharmacy that provides that type of service … LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

Don’t have your medicine ready at the time they say they do take hours to fill prescription I got my medicine sent at 11 something and that said it will be ready at 2 o clock called back that said that haven’t started to even fill my prescription call back at 4 like why say 2 o clock and you guys haven’t even started to get my medicine ready

Nora is a terrible worker, very rude and always seems like she’d rather be anywhere else. Save your time and go at a different location if she’s there. Sick people come here and don’t deserve to put up with more issues. People in healthcare should be kind, go somewhere else if you’re gonna be rude. Other than that the rest of the team is phenomenal!

This kroger has been nothing but satisfactory for me. Maybe more vegan & vegetarian options, however; all else has been all good. The staff has been nothing but friendly and welcoming, store seems clean and orderly. Pharmacy even called to discuss a new medicine. I suggest that you "Kroger" should respond to these reviews. Some aren't good..find out why.

I’ve been going to this Kroger for years and what I can’t understand is with all of the power outages why don’t they have generators. Think about all that loss!! Very sad to think about.

Kroger's hire people that confuse basic numbers when I told Cashier Hannah how much I want on my money order she even repeated it back to me how much I want and charge me on what I want but when I got home minutes later I look at it and it was wrong so I went back to Kroger's got in line I told Hannah my money order is wrong she look at it and said did you just get this here and she knows I did she tell me I got to come back three days later because it's policy really and then this fat lazy eye chick going to say it's my fault like I'm suppose to do their job for them and that is when I went off on them Kroger's Cashiers and the management can't even own up to mistake on their end and what next I got it correct this time and now I'm ban because I went off on these idiots it's not my fault Hannah needs Scooby Doo and the gang to help her figure out the mystery on basic numbers can't even own up to your MISTAKE

Weird layout. Building's a bit tired and could use a deep clean. It's the closest Kroger near me and has the necessities.

I went in to get a replacement Proof of vaccination card and was told a different story on why they can’t by each of the workers. The entire time they were nothing but rude and disrespectful making me feel terrible for a simple mistake.Update: after being told by the pharmacist that it was a corporate decision to not give a replacement card. Called corporate and they themselves said that was a lie, moral of the story if a medical professional liras about a piece of paper what else are they lying about.

I'm very impressed that the Kroger pharmacist called to review my medications with me and discuss possible improvements in my regimen to protect me from diabetic-related issues which could negatively impact my health. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and concern. I have followed up with my health care provider.
