Rude to shipt shoppers.

I love Kroger. However, this one is awful. Most have very helpful staff, but I encountered an incredibly rude self checkout cashier at this store. I had ran everything thru, pressed PAY, then before I could press "card" to pay, she jumped in front of me and said I had to go to customer service to buy gift cards.
They were already rung up. She quickly and rudely voided the purchase. There were no more of the gift cards I wanted to purchase and the ones I rung up would no longer work. So, I had to go to another store to buy them.

Ordered using the Kroger online ordering.
It's the worst experience I've ever had ordering.
Must have been designed by an intern.

The man working self check out was rude and how are they not going to have a scanner to scan all my 12 packs?! All 8 of them. A 200 dollar order and not a lane open until 8!! I’ll take my business to Meijer where they have at least one lane open and self check out with scanners!

Service staff very friendly, selection of food could be better but it’s very clean, always organized and when it’s busy it moves smoothly. Love the security guards!! If you get nervous they’ll walk you out, also!! Very good for women!

Never in the almost year that I have been going to this kroger have I seen any sign saying that you can't grab the cans that other people put in the trash bins in the bottle room. Yet today I got screamed at by the obviously white trash lady with a southern accent and then she called security on me because I gave her the same attitude. For the most part this house place is good. They need to fire that lady though seriously.

I left my bbq sauce at Krogers for o er an hour at U scan and the young lady Tae was very punctual, alert and polite on who i was when she heard what i had left. Plus she was active with guest at the time. This was a great pick up Krogers!!

The store was clean and staff friendly but the self serve machines are always having to have staff come and get something with the machine going it's always like that at this location
