This Kroger is not a very good one. Comparatively speaking to other Kroger grocery stores. A bit dirty and some of the workers are downright rude. Especially one of the counter lady workers at the customer service department. I was there to send through Western Union. Gave her my proper information. She typed in the info but some is already in the WU computer. Dam. This chick jacked up the whole transaction like really bad. And to top it off she has this ungodly attitude as in she doesn't even want to be there. In my opinion she should quit and find a new job or be terminated by management asap. Can't be like that when working the counter and customer service 😕 . On to the fruit department. I don't know what is wrong with the Chiquita bananas at this Kroger on Richfield Rd, Flint. But they taste so nasty. Usually Chiquita bananas are good. But not at this Kroger. So gross 🤢. Even when ripe they have this weird taste (flavor). I bought two bushels of 6 bananas on each stalk a week ago. I threw them all to the trash. At $.49 cents a lb. that is a great deal. Maybe there needs to be a recall on their bananas 🍌. Should not taste funny like they do. Now on to the bottle return area. Oh my gosh. Always dirty and the floor is terribly sticky from the pop residue. Sticky sound on the bottom of the customer's shoes 👞 throughout the store. And only 2 or 3 machines for recyclables ♻️. What the hell. Never seems to be enough help 😕 to keep up with the cleanliness in these stores. Mind you where the grocery foods are sold. Maybe these store owners and CEO's should pay a better hourly wage so employee's will stay and not quit. Doesn't take rocket science to figure that one out. Anyway I give this Kroger a 1 star 🌟 only and near the bottom in most categories. #1 being the attitude of some of these Kroger employees. I now shop at another Kroger, Saginaw Rd. in Grand Blanc 🙂. It is much better, way cleaner and the customer service is stellar

Do you know I absolutely love this Kroger there’s Nothing but friendless and great customer service but this is the first time I had to go inside and deer with the pharmacy I showed up at 7:40 PM to be greeted by a woman that was wearing sunglasses that can barely understand my date of birth when I told her it’s three times and on the third time and finally click that I was not born in 2028. She kept on clicking it into maybe takeoff your sunglasses and try again when you see clearly that might help or maybe just don’t wear sunglasses when you’re working in a building and it’s just a pointer I can give anyway I’m sure she may be a nice lady. I’m sure she might know her job, but she does not know when the sun goes up and the sun goes down some point. It’s time to take off your glasses and some say that it’s time to take off your glasses when you go indoors so next time try and take off your glasses , when you enter a hallway into a building, I have nothing else bad to say about this Kroger. Everybody is immaculate but like I said this is the first time I interact with the pharmacy and have a girl that answers you with 6 inch sunglasses in your face I had 7:45 and still can’t get your birthday right when you tell her three times I think it’s time to reassess the pharmacy technicians wife, the pharmacy technician and she has done it for eight years now they are underpaid for the work they do so it seems like the girl paid $14 an hour to deal with these medication’s that we all need is underpaid, but Kroger needs to do a deep dive into seeing if they are educated enough or Kroger needs to up their standards and tell people working at the cash that they don’t need sunglasses because we’re not walking in there with a sunbeam in our face we’re walking in there with desperado we need something we would not be there if we didn’t need anything. Everybody in this world wish they didn’t have to visit a pharmacy , when you visit pharmacy, please Kroger if you can tell your clerks your cashiers the only reason why we’re at the pharmacy is because we need medication and we do not need to have an attitude from a sunglass wearying know it all

Kroger tries to have reasonable prices. When you shop with your Kroger card, they can track your shopping habits and send you coupons based on your shopping history. I kind of like that they look out for their customers. Shopping with your card lets you build up points for a discount on their gasoline.

A lot of good it does offering fuel points when you raise your gas prices 30 cents a gallon higher than most places in town.down the street it is 30 cents a gallon lower every day

This is one the worst Kroger's especially compared to the other Kroger stores! The employees are rude, it's not very clean and never stocked especially with sale items! It's less than a mile from my house and drive to the other Kroger!
