Sells lotto but wont honor your redemptions anymore unless their printed, despite me redeeming money there 15 to 20 times at least thru my phone. But hey, less work for the workers ,if thats the case, now. And lost a couple customers for groceries as well thru the process of denying the redemption. FYI thr gas station across the street does not require them to be printed, and their a claim center.

Love this store ( normally) and the staff. I noticed you have alot of new staff. My bagger tied all my bags in a knot (why?), and he also put my raw chicken on top of my ground beef in the same bag. Please make your staff get their food handlers permit. You could potentially save someone's life, or get sued for cross contamination that leads to someone's death. Get it together.

Very very unprofessional
1 cashier from open to 10am and make people wait for 30 min with over 150$ of groceries and instead of manager getting on a reg and helping he belittled the customer and swore! As someone who is a store manager I would Nvr treat a paying customer like that! Instead of helping and figuring out how to help get customer out they fed the fire! Created more of an issue arguing and calling customers names! I was just trying to mind my business and shop but how they treated the guy was very wrong! Then to kick him out!!!! After the store was in the wrong WOW

Store is clean but I wish they had more stock of things. I find myself going to Pierson Road (Flushing) store more because of stock. This store is closer to my home but I only shop here for last minute things that I forgot at the other Kroger.

Kroger in Flint Township is fantastic! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. The produce is fresh, and the variety of products is impressive. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, whether it’s finding an item or offering recommendations. Their self-checkout is efficient, and I rarely have to wait in long lines. Plus, the Kroger app makes it easy to find deals and save on my groceries. This is my go-to grocery store, and I highly recommend it!

This is the best Kroger in flint, from its organic/natural selection to its world foods, it has everything! My family has shopped here for 30 years only thing I wish was someone walk out my grandmother’s groceries, but she’s too stubborn to ask. They have a lot of items that the Kroger on 75/Corunna doesn’t have like fresh pet, world foods, their organic selection is wayyyy better and their store is organized much better than the other store. Plus they have a pharmacy!!
