Me and my husband go to Home Depot ALL the time and for the most part everyone is pretty nice but the last couple of times my experience has been bad one cashier didn’t know anything at all every question I asked their response was I don’t know never tried to help me never looked up the item just I don’t know another person on the floor wouldn’t answer me when I was trying to get help and was standing arms length from me I must of said excuse me so many times and she just walked off

Nick (red hair) is an outstanding young man, helpful, personable & a life saver...to Home Depot for sure. I must've passed 5 employees (didn't even look in my direction) on my way to light fixtures. I wanted to see but looking to see if there were any nightstands in the store or just ,online. Nick asked if I needed help, I asked about the nightstands he said they were not in the store. I explained I was concerned about the height of the ones I had chosen in my online cart, which I showed him. He pulled out his tape measure to find that three of them were way shorter than i wanted (27 inches I now know) I really definitely appreciated him just taking those few minutes with me even knowing that I wasn't in there to buy anything in the store. Especially in this day when the customer service is such a lost art. Thanks again Nick!

I’m here at Home Depot right now with my mother the date is 06/23/23 time is 6:28pm. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this one is needed and I would like management to know…the customer service here is awful. We were purchasing a bathroom cabinet and we needed help loading it on a flatbed as well as some question and we came to the front to ask a self checkout girl who was standing around talking to another employee for help and they both look at us dumbfounded saying no one could help or was available and they would not page anyone. So then we was searching what seemed like the whole store for another person for help and found no one. So my mom was going to try and load it up herself which is a hazard and risk for a customer! Finally someone came to help after all that

Went and bought 30 sheets of 5/8 drywall. It weighs 57 lbs a sheet. Fork truck sitting 20 feet away, but my wife had to load 850 lbs of drywall by hand. No employee would use the fork truck to help her. Good price. Not very helpful.

I like the store. They have everything you could want. It's just a little overwhelming for me in there finding things. I've never once in all the times I've been in there had anyone ask me if I needed any help. I've always had to flag somebody down and ask my question. So not very happy with that part.

I enjoy home depot but man people are always in a hurry and cut you in line. Anyways, the store itself is great and the greeters are so friendly.

I don't like The Home Depot, because consultants in any location try to ignore you! I always have to look for these consultants all over the huge store in search of help. When I find someone, it's like they don't care what you buy and like they're doing you a favor when they tell you something. This store's policy is terrible! Any way the Ace store, the consultants are simply the best! In all Ace locations, consultants will approach you and offer their help! Ace has the best customer service!

Today my husband and I came into this store looking for a wood laminate that we bought previously About a month ago. We went to the flooring section and didn't see it, we looked it up online and it said it wasn't in stock at any flint store so we asked another associate to page someone from flooring for us so we could ask about ordering it online and after about 5 minutes of waiting for an employee that never showed up so we were on our way out the door when my husband decided to stop at Pro Services and that's when our trip here turned around to a good thing. We met TIFF S at PRO SERVICES and not only was she extremely friendly but as she was getting ready to hit the send button for our order which would've cost us an extra $20 too btw to have it delivered, she decided to call the back one more time and double check the stock and low and behold she found 9 boxes of it for us in a clearance section so we were able to take our floor home today and save $20 on shipping. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE THIS STORE WOULD'VE LOST OUR GOOD BUSINESS AFTER ASKING COR HELP AND NO ONE COMING. THANK YOU TIFF S.

My fav place to shop for home repairs - I love, love, love the fact that the restrooms have arm pulls so that you don't have to use your hands to open/close the door (no germs) -- prices are compatible with other big box stores - staff seems to be knowledgeable as it pertains to their department and the products held in that department- as stated earlier -- MY FAV PLACE TO SHOP FOR HOME REPAIRS

Absolutely will avoid this location at all cost. I am amazed how this location is ran and will not advise anyone to shop here. I had multiple employees give me completely contradicting information on the same products. Finally I had the appliance employee(David) try to hard sell me warranties that I didn't want but he persisted and basically kept putting it into the price. I finally had to ask for the appliance manager (LEONARD) who took his absolute sweet time coming back to help us (around 20 minutes). Finally when he arrives he doesn't feel the need to give us the time of day. He informs us that he WOULD NOT have given us the 10% off that David had given us at all and that basically were lucky that David gave us it. I work in the customer service field and I was shocked how I was treated by a MANAGER. To tell us he would not give us the price we were given by TWO different employees before talking to him. He was so incredibly rude that I will be buying ALL of my appliances elsewhere. How someone like LEONARD is a manager for Lowes is pathetic and Lowes should be ashamed. Avoid this location and Leonard, trust me!

Very helpful people today. Got help in every department and was greeted when we walked in. Just watch out for their signs if you aren't used to going there. They have a white sticker price and a yellow sticker price. The white sticker price is for the general public and the yellow sticker prices are for the contractors. Can be confusing, we thought they were sale prices.
