I'm sorry to hear that Matrix is closing the doors on 03/28/2025!
I sent an application and called their office today (03/19) and was told they will tentatively be closing on 03/28!
I guess I will continue my search.

Wth are you teaching your drivers. Just about had one run us off the road outside Clarkston Washington today. On our rear all over the road then passes doing well over the speed limit!!! Truckers are a staple However we do not need idiots like this on the road. Hire better.

I WORKED FOR MATRIX FOR SHORT PERIOD AND THE COMPANY IS OK IF YOU LIKE SET AND WAIT ALL THE TIME.BUT NOT ALL DRIVER LIKE WAITING 10 OR 12 HRS FOR A LOAD THEN THEY GIVE U THOSE 100 OR 200 MILES RUN AFTER SETTING ALL DAY. THEN U GOT AUTOMOTIVE STRIKE THAT EVEN WORSE THAT THEY DO NOT WORK WITH GENERAL FREIGHT NATIONWIDE. SO I GAVE MY 2 WEEKS NOTICE AND WAS FIRED FOR GIVING MY NOTICE. BUT I DIDN'T KNEW THIS WAS COMING. I GUESS THAT THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS.

2 weeks in a row they got my payment wrong to the tune of 472.00 roughly and around 384.00. They talk like they have a lot of freight but you end up sitting a lot. Don't work for them. They are a joke.

I've worked there for a little bit over 4 months they are a great company to work for they treat you like family they treat you with respect and dignity very accommodating to a person's unique needs, they have excellent equipment that is meticulously maintained, also great pay and benefits. It has been a privilege being a part of matrix.

All around good.-Mechanics are top notch-They will never send you out with non-compliment equipment-Very nice/new fleet-Good ownership/management-Dispatchers are 11/10-easy going and stress free place to work-experienced and talented teacher at their CDL school-Dispatch is available 24/7Over all this is a classy operation with little to no downside. I’ve been treated as family since day 1. Would recommend to anyone.

Their classifies ad looks legit and promising...but when you hire in it is a different reality. When you ask your boss for what was promised in the classified ad they will say "Oh that was just a typo".Then when you try to discuss it with the owner(s) they get aggressive with you. They will attempt to turn it around to make you look like the bad guy.If you think it can't really be that bad, then hire in and find out.

Between Dispatch and Brandon they couldn't catch truth with fool proof nets in ideal conditions. Push drivers into hos violations regularly. Have no care about their drivers at all. Horrible place.

Drove for them a few years ago nice people to drive for ended up leaving do to a employee I helped save his job but behind my back trying to get me fired didn't work but will be looking for a chance to drive for them again ?
