We worked with Matt when buying our first home which went really smoothly. This time around we were more picky in the characteristics of the home we needed. Matt did a great job of finding homes that fit our needs. He was very patient with our search for the perfect home, especially since we had to back out of one home after the inspection. I have nothing but the best things to say about Matt Zahn and the whole Shane Adams gtoup. Matt knocked it out of the park with the puctures, video, and drome footage of the house. He carries an extemely professional atitude and was able to overcome objections very well. He is definately a hands on realtor and has the best communication. If you are looking for a realtor that answers his calls and returns messages promptly he is definately your guy. Great job Matt Zahn.

I’ve had the pleasure of watching Matt evolve in real estate over the years and he has never disappointed. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients is only comparable to the efforts of a high school boy trying to impress his first real girlfriend. He’s easy on the eyes (bonus!) and won’t rest until he sweeps you off your feet… and into some new real estate (sorry, ladies— he’s a professional). Overall, Matt is a v good boi and definitely gets a ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rating. 10/10 would recommend!
