Worse customer service, woman refused to refill my prescriptions thru the window even tho I just picked up an order for my son. Which by the way if you are handing out LIQUID medicine for a CHILD you should more than likely drop a dosage spoon in the bag too. Also when I do get my refills it’s always a hassle, monthly customer and they never have my stuff in stock. Time for a new pharmacy. Quality > Convenience

No matter how far in advance I fill my prescription, somehow it's never ready when I get there in the morning and it's "on an afternoon truck" despite the fact that it was called in by the doctor days ago and I confirmed the day before I came that it was ready for pickup the next morning. They said yes. I work 3rd shift, I can't play this game. Leaving Meijer pharmacy because its like this *every* time. I can't just come back in 5 hours, the morning is the only time I have. Get your sht together honestly.

Horrible customer service by the pharmacy techs. I had went through the drive through to pick up an emergency med for my son who just had surgery and it required my ID. Instead of putting my ID in the bag with the medicine, she threw it in the drawer and it went past the pin pad and fell inside of the machine. It took at least 10 minutes to find it and not once did she offer any apologizes, and just kept telling me "I put it in there, just keep looking for it." Once I found it, it was COVERED in black grease. I put it back in the drawer and said she could clean it off since I don't have anything to clean it with in my car. She throws a paper towel in the drawer and is like here. And when I said I'm glad I don't usually have to come to this pharmacy, her response was "good for you" in a wonderful, nasty tone.I'd post photos, but I don't want my ID plastered the internet.

I just called on an issue and they were Very helpful on phone. I have never had a problem getting issues resolved they even worked with insurance providers to get my member number input correct. From the pharmacist doing Immunization and counter techs and at pick up window are ALL very nice.

I have had issues with the pharmacy whenever I go there to pick up my perscription they keep telling that they don't get my perscription and ask me if it gets sent to merijer pharmacy on west hill rd

Thank you to Devon and the women I spoke to Saturday 6/10, I can't thank you enough. We were at Hurley after a serious emergency surgery for my husband. We were trying not to spend another night there, getting discharged, when we were told the hospital pharmacy was closed until Monday. The two I spoke to were so helpful and set up everything on the phone so my sister could easily pick up his medication and we could leave. I feel like I've had to beg for care every turn of this emergency, but not with them. Thank you for being caring humans in a difficult time .

Becky is a disgusting human being who should not be allowed to work as a cart pusher at Meijer let alone work in the pharmacy. I have been working with my doctor for three days to find an alternative of my medication since there is a national shortage. After having my medication switched, Becky called to inform me that my medication was for school aged kids, insinuating I shouldn't even be prescribed it, then continued to talk over me telling me it isn't her fault there's a nationwide shortage. I've been dealing with this problem since last year, I understand the situation going on with MY medication. The fact BECKY felt the need to speak on my medical health should result in her being terminated immediately. I will be continuing to take this as high as I need to, and would love to speak to Becky directly in person to know why she feels it's okay to speak to anyone in this manner, let alone a patient trying to work with them to find an alternative to their medication.

Extremely RUDE pharmacy technicians. Prescriptions got sent over at 9am from Drs office and prescription STILL NOT READY at 7pm. They are extremely slow. I know quite a few people that stopped using this pharmacy. Maybe hire people who are nice and don’t act like they hate their job and maybe they wouldn’t have so many upset customers

Everytime, I come here everyone is very nice and extremely helpful. I have never walked away dissatisfied. Every question is alway answered and they go beyond what they need to to help.

Meijer pharmacy never seems to have my meds when I go up there, & there's times where I'm shorted "prescription pills" please investigate. (Illegal)

I like them. You need to follow up while they are filling your prescriptions to make sure they have them all, as the pharmacy often forgets to check for refills on file. Other than that, I've had a great experience. They're more transparent than other pharmacies. As someone without reliable transportation, I really appreciate that. They're very consistent about the whole process and I know what to expect.
