I will never go to this location again, Valerie sold me a Timex watch, 2 days later I took the watch back because it wouldn't hold a charge, so I never got use it. Valerie said she couldn't refund me my money because she was locked out and I would have to come back the next day. Come the next day my phone got shut off because Valerie didn't charge me the activation fee for the watch, so I had to drive 20 min. In a bad storm to get my phone turned back on, when I got there the clerk took my watch and didn't give me a refund, he said the amount would come off my next bill. Come the next month my bill was the same, Valerie told me that they still had my watch but it had been too long so they couldn't refund me my money after I was told they would take care of it, Valerie then said I could have my watch back and I could sell it, WHY would I want a watch back and sell it when it won't hold a charge. This is not the first time this location has screwed me. The last time they sold me a wi-fi box and said they had service in my area and it had a 15 day money back guarantee. I had it one week,it had poor signal, went to take it back, and once again wouldn't refund me my money, the unit was in excellent condition, no scratches, and I had it less than 15 days. They lie just to make a sale. Every time I had a problem Valerie promised she would call me back regarding the problem and she never does. I strongly suggest if you are going to deal with Metro PCs go to a corporate location. I will never go back to this location, all they want is your money and I'm considering switching to at@t

I never will return to this location. If you don't know what to ask regarding their service providers assuming your service is through Metro by T Mobile don't stop. My service got switched from Metro to AT&T. I wasn't informed until I received my bill. I called days later to speak to the person who performed the service, and was dis- respected as an senior citizen. The male manager said "what's up"., and when I corrected him, he hung the phone up in my face; when I called back, he refused to answer the phone. Totally unprofessional. Had to find out Via the Internet that T-Mobile merged with AT&T. I didn't want to pay the wrong company for services that aren't theirs.

This metro is hands down the best. Valarie is a epic sales person and the store . She has excellent customer support. This store is fast and easy to help pay bill and upgrade your phone. They have a large selection of accessories and phones as well and won't give you the run around with price of they say it's 10.00 bucks for instance then it's 10.00 without tax with is honest and upfront. No hidden fees is what I am getting at.

This store was great the staff were
hands on they handled everything I needed and more I was already having a hard time dealing with customer service and a disgruntled store owner at another location which I will never return my business to ever again.. I'm not very tech savvy and they were so quick to help me with a phone the transferring of all my information while also working with my budget. I couldn't be more pleased

The employees at this location is the best, I had a situation where my daughter needed a phone asap, the computer system was acting up with only 1 hour left before the store closed, and they stayed and made it happen. They treat you like family at this location the only one I go to
