Was having issues with swapping my sim card and kinda fell in the cracks of a policy that was making it hard for them to assist my needs. Even though I was limited to what they could officially do, they still managed to work there magic and restore my phones functionability. Five stars for helping me out of a tight spot! These days your phone is essential for day to day life. Thanks T-Mobile for helping me out!
