I would definitely recommend people to use their storage units if need be because they are very nice people and they don't steal . They only had the one break in people it's not their fault so please rent a storage unit from them if you need one they will also work with you on your payments. If you are kind people to them then they are kind people to you.

I have a storage unit at the millennium mini storage place on Genesee road the people who own and run this place I would highly recommend 100% the places very clean the people that run it are very lenient and fair to everyone they do whatever they can to make a customer happy I have had my items taken from my unit when they had the larceny here in the last month they're doing everything they can to help me get my items back if I can't get my items back they're helping me go through my insurance to get my money to replace all the items that was stolen this is the best units that I have ever gone through and I'm very highly recommend them thank you to everyone at millennium mini storage you people are the greatest that I've ever had to deal with thank you

They turned my power off today because I have not paid rent for my apt which is illegal In the state of Michigan. I have black mold in my apartment, my carpet makes my feet black, holes in the ceiling, flooding etc They brought someone here to clean the carpets after I paid to rent a machine. I changed the water twenty three times and it was still black and they refused to replace the carpet , even though the maintenance guy left and black water was still coming into the machine from my carpet. Six months ago our roof caved in, it was raining in our building for 3 weeks. I called multiple times and he made up some excuse Why the leak couldn't be fixed. they finally fixed the leak in the roof so it wouldn't rain anymore in our building, but left everything there instead of cleaning it up. The entire roof caved in, and it's still on the floor, The walls are falling apart because of the water damage, mold, the floors buckled, the walls are buckled. The building also leaks downstairs, and it leaks so much that you can look into the window and see all of the walls, buckling and ceiling falling. When it rains, the water piles up outside and then comes into the buildings bc the drains dont work.So water comes into the front of the buildings All the time and they do not clean it, they do not suck out the water, they do nothing, but leave it there. As soon as I moved in, then they upped the rent. They charged me a deposit for a month and a half and then charged other people no deposit, even though I was working for them at the time. I worked for the Joubrons when I moved in here and then they fired me because I asked for 2 days off a month in advance, it was approved. The day I got to FL Tommy Joubron, my boss called and started telling me to call a guy because I was selling a trailer to him before I left, I couldn't move him in before I left because Tommy didn't get an inspection that was required. They had called him before Tommy called me and because I got an attitude, because he was calling me while I had it off, He fired me. When I got fired, they refused to pay me for the sales I had already made before I went on my two day trip. They've owed me money since last year and still, haven't paid me. 5 out of 6 residents have gone up to the main office for abbey lane apartments, which is millennium storage and told them about the problems that we have with the property manager Stefan. If all of us have an issue with him, then there's obviously an issue. Our washing machine downstairs has been broken more times than it's been working. I was going to pay my past due rent last weekend but then I told Stefan how the heat came on last week, and I was telling him how the boilers we're left on all summer. He comes up to me days later With tools in his hand and says, can you show me what's happening bc the heat isn't on. So I say, yes, I bring him upstairs, and I turn it on and all of a sudden, and it's not on anymore because you fixed it before you asked me what was wrong with it, I'm not dumb. I'm not the only one that turned on their heat before he came to turn it off. If I was you, I would stay as far away from these apartments as you can. So when you come into this apartment after I move out and you see that it's wrecked, that's because I couldn't see to move everything. I wanted to leave this apartment, clean and spotless, but I can't see anything without lights. I called up to the office and told the office staff that my power was cut off for non payment of rent and they agreed its ILLEGAL to do that. I will be calling my lawyer on monday

They keep calling me about a unit i moved out of. They dont keep good records, and they dont care. Worst storage unit ive been at.

When my units door went off the track my dad and I put a request in for them to fix it. After a week they still didnt and my dad and i had to fix it because we only had until the end of the month to move the things from the smaller unit to a bigger one in the same place.

This place is a joke. My sister went to get stuff from her storage and her stuff was stolen. They said they don’t know what happened. Offered no solution. Clear signs states 24hr surveillance. Apparently not the row where my stuff was. Scammers!
