I’ve been a regular customer here for nearly five years and have always had great experiences, until Memorial Day. Another customer and I were waiting outside a few minutes past opening time (8:00 am), I knocked a few times, before the manager, Hope, opened the door. She seemed visibly unhappy, which I understand, working on a holiday is never fun. When I greeted her and went to check out, she abruptly commented, ‘It’s just now turning 8 am,’ and proceeded to argue with me about the time on the computer, even after I showed her it was 8:05 am on my phone (accurate time). Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and inappropriate which left me feeling upset, a great way to start my day... Most of the staff here are wonderful and welcoming, but this interaction was disappointing and not reflective of the service you usually provide. That's the most she has ever said to me the few times she checked me out. If this is how your management treats customers I can only imagine how she treats the workers. Truly upsetting. Management is a reflection of your establishment and I hope that's not the reflection of service you're choosing to provide

Very rude customer service workers cashiers in particular usually dry and very unwelcoming. There was one young man who's has manners very polite.

It's pretty much hit or miss usually when I go in there The staff is super friendly, but today just now 2 minutes ago, the lady acted like I interrupted her game on the phone.She was rude, kept shaking her head because I wanted to do split payments. I'll go to the one down the road from now on

I love being able to pay on my phone and not have to go inside. Normally I have to go inside places for fuel because I use prepaid debit cards and the holds are very high on them. I wish more places had this!
