My boyfriend is a backyard mechanic. He's constantly working on vehicles. Which means I end up in this store several times a month. Sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. Most of the employees seem alright, but if I go and Billy isn't working, I'm always disappointed. He's always super helpful, remembers us, and is knowledgeable. He even recognizes our voice and/or phone # when we call. He never makes me feel incompetent or silly even when it's blatantly obvious I have no idea what I'm looking for or talking about. I've come in 10 minutes to closing during a tornado and flash flood warning, he never seems annoyed or impatient. Today when I walked in there was 2 other people in line and the phone started ringing. He was courteous and politely explained to both callers that he had 3 customers in line and one person ahead on the phone but would be with them as soon as possible. He patiently answered my questions and didn't slack on any of his customer service skills. He's obviously an asset to the store and I hope his supervisors know and appreciate this. The store is literally a 2 minute drive for me. But if Billy ever transferred to a different location, I'd drive the extra miles. Seriously dude is above and beyond always. I used to absolutely dread these errands. I'd just say verbatim what I was told to say and have a mini panic attack hoping I got it right. But if Billy's working I can walk in and ask for a "doohickey that attaches these two thingamajigs together" and he'll set me up with the right parts and pieces. He probably doesn't love it. I'm sure I'm not his favorite type of customer. But he never makes me feel like it.

You have no warranty, a month ago I bought a battery from you, after two weeks it stopped working and you didn't want to replace it.And their prices are so expensive -after that I went to your competitor's store and I saw the same product for 10 percent less

I like the closeness but the manager there is bad enough to stay away. He once accused me of trying to scam him out of MY change due from a $20. He swore he was right and I left without my change. Later that night after counting his till he realized HE was wrong and called me to explain his mistake. Also while I was checking out a different time he was scanning my items, then a customer asked him questions and he just up and left me standing there while 2 other employees were available to help them. Won't go back.

Erick and all of the kind women working provide amazing customer service snd information out if any o reilys I've been too or any other leading car parts store. I always choose this location for that reason. ! They take their job seriously and with pride and it shows every time.

Needs workers that are more automotive related. Went there and they gave me wrong part for my truck. Asked for a brake caliper for a 2500 Silverado and they gave me a caliper for a 1500 Silverado, part is half the size of a 2500 part

My wiper fell off during an ice storm. Stopped here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Replaced my wiper in a matter of 10 minutes.
