selling a house that wasn't listed would not let my husband and I make a purchase agreement... until two other people looked at it kept the house off the market then dictated to us how much we were going to offer not what we wanted to offer what we were going to offer and told the homeowner that since we were using a VA home loan that an FHA would go through a lot better would not recommend Lisa Torres or this real estate company better finding someone else this would be the first time I've ever had to file a complaint against a real estate license

Heartbroken that I ever let Paul talk me into selling after I had taken it off the market, as I had decided not to sell in the cold winter months and no where to move to. He was reluctant to even show me homes. I will never forgive him for the Financial hardship he has caused me along with most of my 45 years of collectibles and antiques ruined from being in a cold storage unit, not once but 3 times since. I hope he feels good about displacing a then 62 yr old single woman out of her home!! When I ask for a Contingency Clause until I found a home he said NO:(

I have worked with Paul for over over 15 years. He is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He takes his job seriously and will do whatever it takes to make sure that his clients are well represented. I look forward to working with Paul again on my next home sale/purchase.
