My dog's first hair cut and they didn't do his tail or ears but Charged full price.
And it's pricey.
The groomer Matthew said my shitzu was too much so he couldn't do it and he said it like a smart addict.
Matthew was very dry in explaining why Pepper ears and tail wasn't done..
I said maybe pet smart not a good place for my fur baby, Matthew hung up in my face.
So we won't be back to a place with employees like Matthew.

It always makes me uncomfortable to share a bad experience but considering I brought it up to management and for some reason I don't understand they acted like the facts weren't there, here we go ...
I've had my dog groomed here in the past but I've never have had to pay about $50 just to have my dog back in the same conditions as I took her.
👂🏻 ❌ Ears are still dirty.
🍑 💩 ❌ Butt is still covered with all the poop marks she had when she came in on her furr and anus.
She had rubbed herself against something yucky on the grass a few days before, and yup ... You guessed it, still as stinky as when she came in 😂.
What's the purpose of baths if not to clean? I usually bathe my dog, but this time I really had no time to do it. Shouldn't have done it, I'm about $47 poorer and my dog had to show up all smelly and dirty to the appointment I was taking her too which was the whole point I was doing this for 👎🏻.
It's like I just gave them money for maybe splashing some water on her back and blow dry that part cause she was as stinky and dirty as when she came in except for that part 😂. All I got was a 15% discount on my next rip off at least 😂. Despite the fact I showed the manager and the groomer how dirty she still was, the groomer Chris said "they don't wash their butts". Excuse me what? 😂 So I assume you don't wash your butt when you shower either? Haha, it's insane, but what's worst the manager is too stubborn and stuck in her own ways saying how she couldn't confirm my dog had been there when I had a fresh receipt of my dog being there earlier, and that she had to check the cameras to confirm she got there. I had no problem with that since I know what the answer was, but despite the obvious the groomer and her kept being in denial. It's been 4 months and nothing yet.
Truly sad how staff doesn't care about the companies they work for and lead business to bankruptcies for their incompetence and lack of commitment.

The guy selling cats told me I could never replace my cat that just died and that I'll never find a match an exact match. He's exactly right but I found it extremely rude. I'll never go back here again ever.

Workers more around the cash registers and not out asking customers if they can help them,, had to ask 3 different ppl where something was and wasn't trying to take us to the product but was willing to try and give us directions SMH!!

We were looking for a pet step to help our dog. Get in the truck, they only had 21 was a ramp and one was steps, but they seemed to be much more expensive than on amazon

A joke, haven’t ever worked for this store I worked with the managers for a brief period and now the managers there are stalking my social media, spreading lies that I’m breaking the law and harassing me. I’ve already made some calls, definitely gonna have some legal issues on their behalf if they don’t mind their own business. Very unprofessional, and very childish, do the right thing and grow up. Bay city is so much better off without you. Corporate did apologize on Petsmart’s behalf however I’d strongly consider my experience before making your own with that company.

It would have been nice to know all the details when it came to bringing my dog in for a nail trim. Complete waste of my time. I was unaware that I couldn’t come back there with my dog to help hold him to get his nails done. “Which they wouldn’t have Been able to do it without me holding him and his head” I spoke to a person on the phone prior & explained I had a very difficult 75 dog that needed a trim & he was medicated and my vet was unsuccessful & they said bring him up and we can try. It was a Bunch of kids shaving poodles in there. One kid kept chiming in when I was talking to the lady at the front & I could tell by all his comments that it wasn’t the right place to bring my dog.

Clean, normal petsmart. But they need a new call button for the fish/reptile area so you don't have to bug the cashier. But really that's not the biggest deal, just inconvenient.
