The service at the Quest Diagnostics facility that I use is excellent. Unfortunately, the website through which they want you to schedule your appointment is worse than useless. I've never been successful trying to use it. Save yourself aggravation and just call the facility to schedule, as I do..

The African American lady who assisted me was absolutely wonderful! Great attitude, she knows how to interact well with people and she was very pleasant. I really do not like having to have my blood drawn, but she put my nerves at ease and assured me that I was in good hands. I would recommend her to everyone.

Quest is less than a mile from my home. The phlebotomists are highly skilled and the blood draws don't hurt. Even when a few other clients are there the wait time goes quickly. I like the TV monitor that shows my place in line. Very satisfied with this lab.
