If you’re deciding which location you want to go to like I did go to this one! Super quick and I got my results back the next day. People usually have trouble with my veins and most can’t get it right but I highly recommend Liz!! She knows what she’s doing and is super nice. 10/10

AMAZING as always! Visited 4.16.19 at 7am with my daughter for blood work. Daughter was less than thrilled but staff was great with her and we even walked out laughing. Always a great visit when there are no tears. Thank you!

Fast and friendly! The online appointment scheduling is very convenient, and the location is not very busy in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It never takes more than a few minutes for them to draw blood, and I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes.

A single star for customer service. Needed one simple test using one simple sample. These geniuses spilled the sample, making it useless and didn't bother to let me know. I was told they called but cannot leave a message, per HIPAA. Untrue: they are legally able to leave a message asking the customer/client/patient to return a call without violating the Privacy Act. Also Untrue: I don't know who they called, but my call log shows no calls came in from any unknown number - which would have been them. Thus- there was no call to me to let me know that the three-day test process was not even begun because a moron is on staff dropping samples all over the place. Morons. ---> Update <---- When my MD called, they told them I left the sample unattended. In fact, they said to leave it on the shelf and I confirmed with one of them before I left that this was proper- and she said yes. Fortunately, I recorded the phone call where they stated it was spilled. So, let's see what happens next.
