Service department sent me a text stating I had two prepaid oil changes. Made an appointment and took my car in. Once I’m there, they tell me they must have texted the wrong phone number and that my tire rotation and oil change is going to be 76 and change. Was told there is nothing they can do, not even a discount on the service. Highly do not recommend using their service department.

Jarrett was awesome to work with in the sale of the vehicle. Professional, determined, and respectful with this process for us. He did all he could to make us happy and went above to get the car were it needed to be. Would highly recommend Jarrett and Randy Wise.

I was sent a notification about my vehicle being up for service. So I made an appointment to come in. I got an oil change, and some other maintenance. But I was unaware that I was charged for the oil change. I purchased my car with three free services. And I figured it would have been in your system, based on the email that was sent. But maybe it was MY responsibility to tell them about the deal? I’m not sure. But that was super disappointing to realize once I got home and looked at my receipt. So I guess I still have three free services? Hopefully they don’t expire. Also I was given a coupon for a free multi point inspection. But was given nothing detailing what that meant, what was done, or looked at. So I’m not sure what the inspection was for but I can only assume my car is completely fine? Also I will never pay $150+ for a “free oil change and multipoint inspection” again.

Horrible kept my vehicle from July 16 until 8/12/24 and four thousand plus dollars my muffler fell off called Jon he asked what did I want him to do? Guess he's still waiting for an answer. Want be going back or calling Randy Wise again and please don't deal with the guy named Jon.
