I had my 2018 Tuscon serviced on May 13th. Without my knowledge, they appraised my vehicle for $18,000. They even printed a check. I returned to purchase a new car on June 2nd and was told that things had changed, and the best they could offer was $15,500. I had not considered a new car purchase until they made the 1st offer. So 3 weeks is a $2500 difference? Total bait and switch scam. False offer presented just to draw us in. If they are that dishonest up front, why would anyone in their right mind buy from them? And no manager would answer my phone calls. Be warned. They are not an honest company.

Well., got a 2020 Sonota Limited , beautiful car BUT...ther MyHyuandi Bluetooth app IS USELESS!!!! Went to this dealership to get the phones & emails installed. WELP.....7 HOURS LATER & going through their TOTALLY SUCKY app., NOPE still not CONNECTED! WTH!!!! COME ON HYUNDIA fix your app so your customers can use it! I'm not computer illerate, work on many systems all day long....their app is a MAZE. I RESET MY PASSWORD 8+ TIMES...STILL NO CONNECTION! ZERO STARS! THX FOR WASTING MY DAY OFF!

After a few hiccups everything finally got straightened around. Service manager is very pleasant to deal with and is who I will be dealing with solely from this point forward. Communication with other service writers definitely needs to be improved. 5 stars for the service manager (Jennifer), 2 stars for communication with other service writers (Richard), 0 stars for communication with sales department (Billy Bond). Still ended up with the vehicle I wanted but unfortunately had to drive to Southfield (Glassman) to get it after not receiving a call back from Billy Bond.

Jennifer is the best! Her and her team has only been there for 6 months but they’re awesome! I’m beyond grateful. She’s polite, courteous, and she actually cares about the safety of her customers. I’m definitely doing business with her again!

They stole my radio. Screwed up paperwork three times. Said they would fix the paint, stopped answering calls. Got a call a year later, was told I'd be called back, still no dice. Worst place to buy a car. I'd rather go to rpm. Luckily there's better places than both.

I came to Randy Wise Hyundai after a motor vehicle accident totaled my car. Aaron Walton quickly responded to my messages to the dealership and provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was kind, knowledgeable and even worked over the phone with me after hours to get me every discount possible so that I ended up with a great price for my new vehicle! I could not be happier with my purchase and I would definitely work with Aaron and the Randy Wise team again.

My husband and I just purchased a car from here. Our dealer Billy Bond was amazing. He helped us stay within our budget. He was professional and personable. We drove away extremely happy. We will make the hour drive again to purchase from him!

I was admittedly desperate and naive when I drove through the small lot that has since closed in Grand Blanc but the manager there saw me coming. 15 years in an abusive relationship had left me broke with questionable credit. I walked out with a van (which I said I didn’t want) sight unseen because it was at the auto mall. It had issues from the day i got it which I was told would be taken care of but I couldn’t get an answer about. Also an extended warranty that covered none of its problems. I was made to feel it was my only option and while I could/should have asked more questions, I felt intimidated and steam rolled right from the beginning. Now, I have no car because I had to pay so much to keep it running and can’t find a way to get one. And I’m once again desperate to figure out how to keep my job.

I strongly suggest you not do business with this dealership. Purchased a warranty from them. They repaired the car multiple times not doing the job correctly. This cost me time and money. The warranty company got suspicious and investigated. Because it was not fixed correctly and they had already paid for the repair two times they refused to pay again. Now they say I have to pay.

I would like to give a shout out to Garret Cook for his awesome job in finding me the vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) that I love, he’s very educated on his vehicles, friendly, helpful, willing to help get you in a vehicle that you will love, will not stop until you get what you want and goes above and beyond a normal salesperson. I highly recommend him. I will be back for another vehicle when the time comes.
