Rant: bought a used car from Randy Wise 4 mos ago. It was making a thumping noise underneath when we got in it for a test drive. Didn't take it off the lot. Asked them to identify & fix the problem & we'd come back later to take it out. Apparently they tightened up whatever the problem was, told us a heat shield. Bought an extended warranty for tires, windshield, etc. $49 mo. purchased as is, no warranty. Found out not heat shield, but wheel bearing & cv shafts. Did repairs. Took in this past Mon for tire repair/replace-not covered, tread too worn. Offered to sell us 4 new tires ranging from $700 to $1100.
Moral of the story: Don't purchase an extended warranty. But more importantly-DON'T BUY FROM RANDY WISE AUTO MALL!!!!!!

I spent about a month and a half looking around to see what was available to me and I come across this Kia forte sweet little car drives like nice very little mileage and I was very very pleased with the service I received at Randy Wise very polite and friendly I would recommend them to anyone

Just wanted to thank Dan Durand and Alex Toumas for going above and beyond in helping us resolve an issue that we had when we converting our lease to a buy. They are one of the many reasons that we have purchased multiple vehicles from Hyundai. They and their entire team make purchasing a vehicle a hassle free experience. Would highly recommend them.

These people are Shady and money hungry people don’t go to them!!! We had our car there for five weeks and all they did was put a high-pressure fuel pump on it. This is after we told them to fix the steering and alignment only! Then they called and said that we needed a whole new engine for approximate cost of $13,000 dollars!! Way more than what we even paid for the vehicle! After we declined the engine replacement, We had to go in and pay over $1000 just for them replacing a high-pressure fuel pump on our vehicle! Equaling out to be $630 for labor and the rest 400 and something for a high Fuel pump!! This is a job that literally takes about 10 minutes!
They charge $180 an hour for labor!
They do not call back they leave you hanging for days on end without any correspondence! Now we’re stuck paying $1300 for a piece of junk that doesn’t even run right still!
I reiterate don’t go to this place!

I cannot express how much I appreciate the service team at Randy Wise!! I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for some pretty major service work. I knew it was bad and it was going to be a financial strain to get it fully functioning again - and I was pretty stressed about it! But then Rick stepped in. He and the team went above beyond to help me get the repairs needed and get the car back on the road. Rick, I cannot thank you and your team enough!!! You’re all Rockstars in my book!!!!

They really don’t seem to want to sell you a car. Inventory was really low and the car we wanted , they just seemed like they really didn’t care to sell it. There bottom line was more important to them. They could have made a customer for life. Well. That’s not happening now. Then he tries to convince me that a Lease is better and the payments would be better so I looked into it. When the numbers were brought back. The payments were $100 more a month. So my wife and I just walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. I’m surprised there’s so many people that had so many good experiences. I guess some people don’t realize when they’re being taken.

My experience with Randy Wise was Awesome!! John the salesman was the very best! He went over and beyond to make things extremely comfortable for me. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m telling I don’t know about these reviews, I think they’re the very best at keeping things simple and understood. John made sure to keep all numbers affordable for me. I really appreciate everything that he and the finance team has done for me. I’ve been telling everyone that I know! I would most definitely would refer anyone to them in need of a vehicle. They will make it happen for you. Trust and believe that you will leave riding comfortably and happy!!
Ask for John!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Randy Wise Hyundai of Flint. The miscommunication between Sales Representative, Kevin and Finance Representative, Mark was unacceptable. Kevin was unable to provide us with an accurate time to complete paperwork. Mark was rude, disrespectful, and unapologetic throughout the entire process.
After we had completed the application process and was told the finance representative (Mark) was ready, Kevin asked us to come back to finalize the paperwork. We waited for an hour only to be told that there was a delay due to another finance representative quitting last month. They asked us to return four hours later, and even then, they still weren't able to provide the final paperwork for us to sign.
Both representatives kept shifting the blame to each other instead of taking responsibility for their actions. Moreover, Mark tried to make us feel unintelligent when we inquired about warranty options and refused to provide us with all the available options or any paperwork. As a result, our entire day was wasted due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism.
I would not recommend Randy Wise Hyundai of Flint to anyone seeking a hassle-free car buying experience. Purchasing a car should be an exciting experience but unfortunately, the staff's poor communication and unprofessional behavior have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my time spent at this dealership.

We brought our car here after the engine overheated for repairs. Noel was helpful, understanding of our unplanned emergency, and went out of his way to ensure the car was fixed in a timely manner—living out of state, Noel’s help made what could have been a stressful 24 hrs into a pleasant and professional experience. If I could leave 0 stars I would but I can't so one star it is worst experience I've ever had had my car for over a month never fixed it then told me I put too many miles on a rental car so they took my car two months later my car is still not fixed stay away strongly advise staying away
