They only carry 2 different work boots that are made in America yet the ones made overseas charge the same price. Nothing like screwing Americans Red Wing shoe company. Not the stores fault.

Just left, and Red Wings was awesome. But they're always awesome. I have been buying their boots for about 8 years now, and I'm always happy with their boot selection. I work outside and put these things to good use, and they're great quality and quite comfortable. They clean the boots for free. And if there's any actual problems with them they will take care of them but for a price, don't know how much because I've never had to get a repair. The boots can get quite expensive, I just bought a pair of steel toe boots that were about $200, but damn worth it. Every time I've been there, all of the staff is always very nice, super friendly, and very helpful. If I could give this place more stars, I would. I love Red Wings boots.

I purchased a pair of boots about eight months ago I'm a tire tech so I run the machine with my foot it wore out the leather I understand that but the sole of the boot is worn down to secondary material now I have high arches I understand that can wear out the boot faster but I even bought their insoles for high arches to make it last longer salesman told me it's under normal wear and not a material defect after 8 months and I bought the insoles?? I thought I was buying into a brand of boots not one pair! I feel i was ripped off their warranty is a scam

Used to be ok, I’ve spent a ton of money on boots over the years. I got a pair probably around 5-6 months ago and they are blown out can’t stand to wear them. Took them up for a warranty and the guy with the glasses would t even look up my info or anything just told me I had to purchase more boots. Spend top dollar on boots that blow out like Walmart boots. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY! Spend your hard earned cash with a company that cares, not these people.
