I was HIT by a stray piece of gravel from a gravel truck which cracked my windshield, the people at safelite helped keep out immensely they were fast, kind and even cleaned all my windows for free which I was not expecting

Fast and professional. Had a chip repaired through insurance so I paid $0 out of pocket. There are options to upgrade your service where you do have to pay out of pocket (new wiper blades, rain treatment, etc) and they did not push those on me whatsoever which was nice.

I had the best experience here! While my first appointment was postponed due to the wrong windshield being ordered (it was a mistake due to there being two body types for my car and I’m not sure I specified) they were very kind and apologetic and even comped my windshield wipers! For my next appointment I had them come to my house. I had a horrible migraine that day and was really just wanting to stay in bed so I put the key in my car so they could access it. When Robb texted with my appointment time I explained my predicament and he was so kind, even said he hopes I feel better in his finishing text. I didn’t even have to move and my windshield looks fabulous. I appreciated all of my interactions and will definitely use again!

They did a great job replacing front windshield. I made an appointment for Saturday on there app and was done with in 2 hours.

Friendly enough staff. But apparently they purchase garbage material. 3 windshield appointments cancelled due to bad products they claim to receive. Don’t think I’ll do this again
