I am new to Sam's club and love their prices for bulk items. The store is always kept super clean and the workers look like they actually want to be there. Their $1 pretzels from the cafe are also very very good. The store is laid out very nicely and everything is quite visible. I never saw a piece of trash on the ground in any of the aisles.

My family will be utilizing the Sams membership for our very last year and switching to cosco. It's amazing at this flint michigan store how well their staff is paid and how horrible the customer service is at this store. It's progressively gotten worse and worse to the point their staff is simply almost to lazy to even walk away from you. Let alone help you. This store at this point isn't even a go to store if it were free entry. Their is better service up the road at the crowded dollar general with one employee. So sad a business has allowed its workers to walk all over them to this degree. Borderline embarresing.

The best eye exam and glass fitting I’ve ever had. It was necessary to change my sunglass’s frames. There were very kind and just want you to be happy with your purchase.

I've been coming to this particular store for so long and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I've always had fast and friendly service and the staff is very helpful.

We do most of our shopping here. We break things down and freeze them for later. The down side might be they seem to always be rearranging the store.

Although I didn’t go to this center recently due to insurance. They have always been good in the past. Today I came in, to see if there was a way to make my new glasses (from elsewhere) stop slipping down my nose. Without question a woman working in the area said she could fix that and took my glasses back(after putting on new gloves) and warmed them up and tightened them for me. They are very friendly there always!

Had a terrible experience at the Sam's Club in Lansing at Towne Centre... Drove to Flint Township location and was treated as if I was the only member of the club!! the bakery stuff we're very pleasant, and helped with designing my cake!! This location helped me save my membership, my husband wanted to become Costco Members because of the terrible service we received at the Lansing Sam's Club. Thank you to the Bakery Department for your excellent customer service!! we'll definitely be back!

When I was in here, it reminded me of all the Sam's clubs I've been in before. They had the same products and such. Not too much to share on this one. The checkout process was quick and we were on our way.

I had an issue with the fuel station card reader. I tried the call attendant button for the first time ever, in almost 20 years of using Sam's Gas. The young man replied promptly and very quickly came to my aid. We both have masks and gloves and all that gear...because of Covid. Anywayyyyy.....the man at the station in Flint, Mi Corunna Rd at 3pm Monday April 27 is very good at his job! Thank you again.

This is the only Sam's location I've ever went to and this time the door greeter was extremely rude to me and everyone else coming in as well. This isn't the nearest location to me so I sure won't be back anymore. I turned around and walked out as soon as she started to have an attitude with myself and everyone else. Good job Sam's!

We have gotten birthday cakes for our girls for years and years now from Sams club since before the grand Blanc location opened. We've always loved them because they are very reasonably priced, actually cheap compared to a sheet cake at other bakeries, they always had a good selection, did a wonderful job decorating, you needed little lead time to order, they taste great and best of all they offer whipped or buttercream frosting. There are VERY few places that offer that and our family is NOT fans of buttercream because its just too sweet. Sweet to the point it makes your teeth and stomach hurt at the same time. I love frosting. It's actually my fave part and even I can't stomach buttercream. The best part is sams whipped icing is PHENOMENAL and makes the cake something special. So I go to order a cake for my daughters birthday and not just any birthday but her sweet 16! The woman I spoke to in the bakery was INCREDIBLY RUDE! She sounded like she didn't want to take an order and really didn't want to even be there. It seemed everything I asked was just a short terse "no we don't do that." Finally I just ordered a simple sheet but when we got to decoration she said they only do the decorating in buttercream. I said "wait buttercream decorating on whipped icing? Is that even good?" She pretty much said do you want it or not? I don't think my confusion was out of line since the reason most ppl get whipped icing is that they don't like buttercream so I don't understand getting it and then decorating in buttercream!! Then I asked about the writing. Nothing special just asked for dots in between the letters of a word. NO. no explanation just NO. At this point I was frustrated and said just forget it and hung up. I called grand Blanc and they were awesome!! Attitude difference was night and day. She took the time to explain to me that unfortunately corporate made the decision to get rid of all color in anything but buttercream and she was understanding of me not wanting the decoration and writing in buttercream. She was great about giving me the option for chocolate icing and then border and writing in white. I was just thankful for a helpful person with ppl skills!! This isn't the first experience I've had with rude employees and bad customer service at the Corunna rd location. I've tried chalking it up someone having a bad day or being super busy but enough is enough! Sams (at least the Corunna rd location) needs to look at retraining their employees in customer service! I personally think they haven't cared because they don't have any competition but Costco's are opening up all over so they better watch it. My advice is stay away from the Corunna rd location. Even if it's a bit more of a drive, I would advise going to the Grand Bland Location. Its worth it not to have to deal with the rudeness of those at Corunna Rd.
