“I am providing best ratings across the board because, while I experienced significant complications and it actually took me about 5 days to finally get into a rental truck, the lengths a uhaul associate went to make sure I was able to finally accomplish my task of relocating my property from one storage facility to this new one were unprecedented as far as my typical experiences go. It is not often that there is any way I can receive accommodations despite all the business misconducts and obstacles beyond my control. But in this case, I was helped until I was able to finally rest uninhibited. And for that I am grateful!!!! So, I will leave my suggestions to uhaul to another avenue another time. As for now, I am, as I came to be in the end, fully satisfied and grateful.”
