The staff was very attentive and sincere in our time of need.
They made the whole experience plain and simple. Mr Banks really works with you and didn’t throw in any added fees. Facility very well kept.. we also utilized there restaurant for or repass. Very nice establishment.soothing tunes

Don’t, don’t bring your loved ones here. This place gave my family literal HELL being unethical and immoral to our family values and how we wanted to send our beloved family away. They disrespected us openly and it was very disappointing and I hope karma steps in. They are wicked.

My family had a horrible experience with this funeral home! They were VERY unprofessional! They made us miss a hour and 20 minutes of the viewing that was supposed to be held for our loved one because they still had our loved one at Sheldon on Dort Highway allowing only the dads side of the family to see him when we all were supposed to be able to view him at 12pm before they opened the viewing up to the public. They didn’t acknowledge my aunt for losing her son or any of our family for that matter during the funeral.. they only acknowledged the dads side and catered to all of their needs but didn’t cater to my aunt at all because we found out my cousin dad is dating one of the employees at this funeral home. They’re super rude and unprofessional and don’t deserve to run a business!!!

Horrible experience with my brothers’ funeral. They treated my mother as if the funeral wasn’t for her own son, that she raised and took care of for most of his life! They treated his dad like he was the only parent, all because the dad is in a relationship with one of the workers! It’s ridiculous, how some of your workers treated my mom. They did not tell her where the viewing was, they only told the father. Him and his family viewed the body before my mom even knew where the viewing was! She didn’t deserve this, and it’s very unprofessional.
