I made tracings of decals I needed for motorhome. I'm pretty sure if I would have bought some vinyl I could made better cuts. Plus they wrote on the back of decals you can see the writing coming thru the shiny side. I'm disappointed. Signarama you assumed incorrectly that everything is honkydory. I just didn't want to get in an argument with you about it. You got my money but it will be the last time you do.

Mike, Mark, Mel and Audra were all fantastic to work with from meeting Mel when I stopped in their Novi location, to Mike and Mark handling the quote and the project, and Audra with figuring out some tricky graphics for us! The install was perfection! Brent and Tommy were precise, made sure everything was as it should be and made everything look like a masterpiece! They were extremely pleasant to work with! I look forward to the next project!

Recently, the Flushing Area Chamber of Commerce contracted with Signarama to install a new LED lit sign in the front of our building. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. They handled everything from the design, permit, and install. The installers were kind, and very helpful in explaining how and what would need to be done in order for the sign to look its best! It’s a beautiful addition to our office and will help those who have had a hard time locating us in the past due to the set back architecture of our building. Thank you Signarama! Highly recommend!

WENT INTO SHOP ON 04/25/2024 TRYING TO GET A PRICE ON ILLUMINATED ADDRESS NUMBERS FOR MY HOME. GIRL TOLD ME IT WOULD BE CHEAPER ONLINE AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A PRICE. I WASN'T LOOKING FOR CHEAP, I WANTED QUALITY AND WILLING TO PAY. SIGNARAMA WAS NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSINESS.

The Signarama team in Flint goes above and beyond no matter what. I have been working with this team for years now. Recently they did all of the signs in our lobby and we could not be happier with the final products.Not only are the signs beautiful but working with their team on the install was amazing. It was so fast and they made it so easy. I would like to personally mention Stephanie for being so patient while we worked out exactly what we wanted. We get nothing but compliments on our signs. Their whole team is like a family, they work well together and always make sure that you get exactly what you want. There was no rush for them to get this done for our business but they treated us like we were the most important client no matter how big or small the job. I can't thank them enough for the amount of hard work they put in to make sure our business is represented well and beautifully.

Updating this review a year later as the experience has changed.Not sure what is going on with this company but would not recommend them to anyone. They used to be great. Have great service, great product and great communication. Now not so much. Everything is pulling teeth with them. Lead times are forever. 2 project managers and the owner can't get their stories straight and all tell you something different with each communication. 1 project manger will email you then you respond with a question and it's a gamble on who will respond. I won't go as far to say that they lie to you, but they will mislead you with no problem.Mistake after mistake is made and not a single apology is made or even a guarantee that it won't happen again. Careful with payments!!! They can't get invoice numbers correct. They tell you a low price and charge you $300 more than what they say and laugh it off. Most recently they were to charge only 50% for a deposit but instead charged the entire amount. As a small business owner this hurt tremendously as we were not expecting that large amount to be taken out of our account. All they provided were excuses and tried to explain why charing us the improper amount was no big deal.Their install and product is just downright cheap. We had wonderful things done in the past. We had a trailer wrapped and there are many spots where there are bubbles and dirt covered. They said it was imperfections in the trailer. Only a week later and already seeing more problems. They covered reflectors and cut them out. Left one completely covered. They claimed now one could cut it out straight so they would just print a reflector and put it on instead. That still hasn't happened.Just problem after problem and the owner has 0 interest in owning up to her companies problems and would rather just be rude. She is extremely rude actually and just not a nice person to work with. Just take my warning and don't even go with them.2022- This place is wonderful. Ashley is a design genius. We give her just a small idea on what we need and she designs the some of the most amazing things for us. And then Walt is always there for us with any of our needs. He even gives us new ideas on marketing designs that we didn’t even know were offered. All around this is just a great place and having Ashley and Walter easily accessible for all of our needs is awesome.
