Sara was the best. She was very patient with us while we chose our perfect bed, pillow, and accessories. This is my 3rd sleep number bed. I am excited to finally get a king size!

The store manager Becki was very helpful. She listened to what our wants and concerns were and walked us through the differences of the options that was offered plus the completion of the sale.

We were made to feel as though our concerns were important. LaShay was very patient with our numerous questions. She helped us select the best options for our situation. My husband has spinal injuries from a car accident and his sleep has suffered. We are looking forward to better sleep and less pain. I highly recommend the Miller Road store and LaShay in particular although the entire staff was warm and welcoming.

LaShay Mason greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. She was courteous, helpful and friendly. We told her what we were looking for a she took it from there. She got an idea of what our sleep numbers were and had us try a couple of different mattresses. After we figured out which one we liked best. She talked us through all of the options and let us choose what we wanted. She explained everything to us with no pressure on on trying to get us to buy something that we didn't need or was out of our price range. All in all we had an excellent time, got what we needed and we're extremely satisfied. She gave us excellent customer service and we will highly recommend her and the store.
