What a great experience we had shopping for a new mattress. John was so helpful and encouraged us to spend time deciding. It was really close to closing time but he never let on. Thank you John for helping us get a better nights sleep. We've had our bed for about a week and we both are loving our new bed!

I called to talk with a salesperson and explained my problem with my 8 year old i8 bed. I am no longer able to lay flat due lung cancer, I have chest tube which for the last 4-5 months has made it so I need to sleep at a incline, been sleeping on my recliner couch. Needless to say Becki helped me way beyond words and I will be upgrading from a queen to a split head king i8 mattress. Soon I will be able to sleep in a bed once again. So thankful for her help!!! By the way it's a super comfortable mattress for sure!!

Becki and Sara were amazing very helpful in answering all our questions. This is our first sleep number mattress so were super excited for some well rested sleep. Would highly recommend, they were very respectful of our budget and helping explain all the different options available.

I purchased a sleep number 360 in January of 2022. After 14 months the right side started leaking air. I tolerated it for 2 months and finally contacted them today. I was informed that I would have to pay 65 percent of the warranty or 35 percent. Long story short it will cost 254 bucks to get the 4500 bed fixed that I just bought 18 months ago. My next bed will be a purple mattress for sure. Save your money and do not buy this garbage. They are not really that comfortable. I am reading and this tube issue is an on going problem.

My wife and I ordered a sleep number back in December. It was delivered in early February and after about a month we decided it wasn’t worth the $11,000 price tag. When attempting to return it for a refund, we were told they could refund the bed but not the base. The base is $3,700. I explained that I had asked the sales rep in the store multiple times, “if we don’t like the bed for whatever reason, and want a refund, can we return the bed?” To which the sales rep enthusiastically answered that yes, they gave the “comfort guarantee” and would give us a full refund as long as it was within the 100 day period. Never once did the sales rep mention they would not refund the $3,700 base. I’ve spent an hour on the phone with customer service and have been transferred 3 times. Only to be told that, since my wife signed the terms of service at the store, they cannot include the $3,700 in our refund. So essentially, this store duped us into spending almost $4,000 that they knew we would never get back. For a company that pretends to care about their customers, they show by their actions that their promises and “customer service” is really just a show.4/6/23 - In response to Sleep Numbers reply (since it won’t allow me to reply for some reason), this wasn’t a case of being overwhelmed. I asked the sales person 2-3 times about the return policy and she repeatedly stated we could return the bed within 100 days, for a full refund, no questions asked. She never mentioned the base. Also, I was in your store recently and asked the sales associate if there were any signs posted stating the bases were non refundable, to which he replied, “no.” It seems to me if you were so concerned about the customers awareness of your policies, you’d train your sales staff to explain this key aspect of the policy verbally. After all, the base is $3,700, seems like you’d stress this to your customers if you were actually operating for their best interest. Talk is cheap, actions speak much louder. And your companies actions, to me, speak volumes about the type of character that exists within your companies culture. We won’t ever return as customers, and will be sure to pass along our experience to anyone who asks.

First, the service from Becki was outstanding from the first step through the door! She greeted us with a polite tone on a Sunday afternoon, which is amazing as usually no one wants to work on the weekend. I was with my wife (Kim) and son Weston (3 years old) at the time. They had activities for my son to play with and Becki walked us through our Sleep Number setting on various options based on our initial setting. After trying four beds and exploring all the options depending on the model, we ended up deciding on the climate360 which is truly amazing! Becki showed my wife multiple options of bedding and color options and was very patient during the selection process. Becki also interacted with our son during the whole process and was very warm / patient as he was getting a little overwhelmed at the end of the visit but she handled everything like a true professional without a hiccup. The only negative to note is that if you are looking for a fast delivery date, the climate360 has a waiting time of about 2-3 months as all goods these days are low in volume and high demand. Overall great experience and would recommend going in person to experience the settings in person!
