The owner should be arrested for unarmed robbery and Extortion! My car was STOLEN!!! When I tried to pick it up he said he was closing. I told him I would make it before he closed and he assured me I wouldn't. So come Monday I am there early ready to retrieve my vehicle and he says I owe $350.00!!!!!!!MY CAR WAS STOLEN!!! AND I HAVE TO PAY!!!?? They have a contract with the city of burton to tow there vehicles. So they are already getting paid! I was the victim twice! And the people who stole my car was let go after two days in jail and pfi'd smfhSo now I am stuck with three kids and no vehicle. Thanks alotService: Car towing

What a great experience yesterday at Smitty’s towing in Burton. I dropped off a friend to pick up her car from Smitty’s and they handed her a good sum of money they had found in her car. Next they mentioned they had slightly damaged her her during the tow but with her permission they would fix it & have car ready for her tomorrow for pick up. Very shady tow truck company with no respect for other people's property or vehicles. Our parked Range Rover was hit by a Smitty's tow truck (driven by the owner) in the Grand Blanc Walmart parking lot and messed up our front bumper. He got out and said whoops it wasn't on purpose. We asked for his insurance information and he said no his insurance is already high enough. We asked to file a police report, he said no it's private property, so you're out of luck. Never use this tow truck company!
