I visited the Flint store yesterday and purchased $359.33 worth of merchandise. I fly home to Texas tomorrow and wanted to return one of the items I purchased. Since I didn’t have the receipt, the store clerk refused to refund the purchase to the original credit card and suggested I return the items to an affiliate in Texas. As an IT Specialist for the government I know technology is available to confirm and refund the item. The policy is offensive and lacks trust in your customers. I later found the receipt , but I am stuck due to my flight schedule . I am not blaming the clerk for being firm regarding the policy , but I do fault the corporate return policy for having a lack of trust in your customers and not utilizing basic technology to ensure a good experience with all parties involved .
