I do a lot of schoolwork at the Starbucks. The WiFi is reliable and reasonably fast. The staff know my service dog and always treat him well. They offer a pup cup each time.

8/24They still have the best customer service, and I really appreciate that!!! Also, they have amazing latte's and banana nut bread! ❤️The employees and management are always very friendly, and great help. Today they showed me that they really do care about their customers, and I cried. Lol. Thanks guys for being so nice, and still wishing me a great day. :) I appreciate your service and smiles. Out of all the locations, this is my favorite! They always have my drink and my favorite grilled cheese available. However, they are always out of the pink cake pops (my daughters fav.). My only complaint is that the parking and drive-through are horrible!! There isn't much parking, which makes the drive through very desirable, but the drive-through is always slammed to the point that you can't get into the parking lot safely away from traffic, so this detours me from going at times. ):

I don't care for starbucks anyway, i think it's ridiculously overpriced, but my kids consider it a treat so we get it every now and again for them.Everytime i come here the drive thru line is crazy. Which probably explains why while at the drive thru I'm so completely rushed. I've never tried anything new because there is no time to look over the menu. I'm constantly told "is that it?" "Ok, is that all?" Like lady, im about to spend $40 on drinks that will be drank in the next 10 minutes, i should at least have a moment to look over the menu. $40 for 10 minutes worth of mediocre drinks because I've never been able to take the time to choose something i like. Inside is no better. It's cramped, full of people and I've never even so much as gotten a smile from a worker, it's as if you're a complete inconvenience to their day. Also the one time I've actually gotten food it was horrible! Cold & hard to chew.

We went through Drive thru.. A Gentleman was in the Drive Thru this morning. He had great Customer Service Skills . He was very kind & friendly & Out Going. A true " People Person ". We were there on Thursday February 1, 2024. My Relative paid for both our drinks. She got a Carmel Frappachino . And I got a Mint Melody Hot Tea & a Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwich & 2 Chocolate Pop Sucker Desserts. It looked like a Lady was also, Working the Drive Thru with the Orders. It was a very busy morning. And I could not get their Names. But, I give them 5 Stars.

I came in for a DoorDash and got no help from Jeremy, not even a hi! He literally looked at me three times and said nothing but spoke and acknowledged everyone who was behind me and asked them had they been helped. Mind you I had already been standing here 5 mins and never asked did I need anything!

The line for the drive through was insane so we went inside. This is a small place and not enough room for a lot of people of which there were. The barista told us up front it would be a 30 min wait for our drinks because there were so many online orders. I was in serious need of coffee so I ordered anyway. Let me tell ya the amount of orders these people were calling out was insane and yet half the time no one was getting their items cause they weren't there. There has to be a better system for this. This is the only reason it may be a while if I go back. I do have to say though the workers were not only getting the orders out speedily but were friendly the whole time. Even when someone wanted their drink remade.

Waited more than 25 minutes for a coffee. I was the first in line for quite sometime. I watched what I'd guess were 20+ people go thru the drive thru and 5+ people with mobile orders get there orders before me. I get the mobile orders, but only doing drive thru orders/mobile orders for more than 25 minutes is absolutely ridiculous!
