I recently visited Sunoco and was deeply disappointed by their lack of communication. After gathering several items, I was about to get more when the cashier abruptly asked how I was paying. Only then did he inform me their EBT system was down—a fact that had been true for two to three days. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially given the cold weather and lack of nearby options. Stores should inform customers of such issues upfront and fix them promptly. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities to ensure better service in the future.

Can't stand going to this gas station unless it's my only choice. Cashiers are always rude and act like us spending our money is a problem cuz they act mad all the time.

They have everything I can find and a little expensive but it's not a grocery store so I get it. They have the best cashier. So nice and polite.
