No where to sit. Speaking for all disabled people who have pain and can’t stand for long periods of time this really suck’s always takes along time in the store and literally avoid and hate going in the store when I know I have too.

Hands down the best Customer service ever! I was having an issue with my phone and Jeff, I think he's the manager, jumped right in to help me fix the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through it. I will be using this store as my regular service location from now on!

After receiving 2 defective phones and wasting 6 hours of our lives that we will never get back the manager told us all he could do was to wave the restocking fees. What a joke who is going to pay to restock a product that doesn't work in the first place. I will be finding a different service provider. I don't suggest anyone going there for anything

I had the worst cellphone customer service experience I've ever had in my 15 years owning one here. my issue was never resolved by them, I ended up going home and handling it on my own. They said they'd get back to me about something regarding the issue when I went in there to follow up and I still to this day have heard nothing. It's been months. I live super close to this store but if I ever need help in the future I will be driving further to a different location with no complaints.

Mike Bree and Gabe were incredibly helpful in resolving an account error. And they went out of there way to get me my equipment that was delayed due to bad weather. 10 outa 10.

Quite a few people work on Tuesdays not many throughout the rest of the week don't like waiting in line and would appreciate getting my money's worth also don't like getting notified 3 weeks in advance about my bill being due and I should pay it early.,.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Phone broke, so I made an online appointment for repair at the Saginaw location. When I showed up, I was told they didn't do repairs there and that their repair location is closed. So I called both Bay city locations who told me to call Flint. So I called Flint and tried telling the representative my issues. When he started telling me about the Saginaw store, I tried telling him I just showed up for a useless appointment there and he hung up on me. Tmobile is useless. I've been with Sprint 10+ years and that changes.

Atur was very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to help me and two other customers ahead of me in just a couple of minutes, and even thanked me for my patience even though I didn't need any. ? Excellent service overall, will be returning to this location in the future!

Misleading from the first moment I walked in the door, lied to me about what my bill would look like, took in 4 phones for trade ins which means I would get all those lines for free ( only got 3) guy I dealt with had no knowledge and gets very upset when called out on issues... I am now stuck in a contract for 18 months (14) left and also THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Was never informed they were switching from sprint to T-Mobile!!!

Artour was amazing! This was by far the easiest, most convenient, and helpful experience I have had at T-Mobile. I have horrible luck with damaging my phones via. dropping/water and always dread the new phone experience. But this time it was quick, easy, and efficient. Artour quickly located our account, the same phone I wanted to replace, ordered it overnight free of charge (which is amazing) and had it shipped to my address. He went through the entire process of how to set the phone up and assured us if we have any questions to call or drop by. Definitely recommend this location and definitely recommend Artour!!
