They were great! It was a little busy but the service was worth the wait! Everyone was very nice and polite. I felt they were getting through all the customers as quickly as the could, while also giving great service and meeting each customer’s needs.

This place was very busy. First time I went was at 6pm . I was told there was an hour n a half wait. I said "OK I will wait", there weren't many in lobby and they said "no I had to come back. I came back at 630 pm next day n got out at 830pm and that was setting up one phone ordered online. It took another hour or so wait(actually took 3 people b4 me bc someone started my set up the day b4 and they had to "contact " him! Anyways long story paraphrased. I waited about an hour each time I went there to set up phone. I bought phone online and honestly believe I didn't buy from the store so I wasn't a PRIORITY customer. The sales people were polite though. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store if you were in a hurry!

Everytime I come into this store im forced to wait just to pay my bill they seem that their always to busy to help ppl, ppl standing around I don't have time for once I would like to come pay my bill an get in an out not stand around for 15 mins just to have ppl tell me ill be right with ya an no one comes up to help I'm over T-moble I'll take my business else where.

Excellent customer service from Jordan and Brandon, they have both been so patient and knowledgeable working through issues with my wife's new galaxy s22! We highly recommend this location.

Very misleading & disappointing. My service is awful & they say there is nothing I can do about it besides find other service. We also tried to upgrade another phone on the plan & was mislead on how the process would work. Sprint wasn't the best but T-Mobile is infuriating!
